Horrible customer service items arrive damaged.

I was very disappointed to receive a limited edition $60 vinyl bent and damaged. I contacted customer service and it took two weeks to get a resolution that wasn't even what they promised. Upon first emailing them they told me all I had to do was show pictures and they would send me a replacement. So I sent them the pictures. Then they proceeded to offer me 15% off. I let them know that that's not what I was told and proceeded to argue with them for weeks asking for a manager. Finally I reached one and all they would offer me is 25% off. They don't take any responsibility for their manufacturing issues and they do not care about customers. They don't care that this is a limited edition vinyl that you paid twice the amount for. They don't care if their manufacturer's mess it up either. They're just like oh well too bad return it if you want your money back. It's very unprofessional to lie to a customer and tell them that they can get a replacement if they send photos and then go back on your word. This website is untrustworthy and their customer service is horrible. I finally had to give up and ask for the 25% off and they didn't even email me back to apologize or anything. Nothing.
