Ordered a pair of wireless earbuds. First off the ad reported free shipping and then they charged me $12. I figured the sale was decent so ok.
Ordered and was told a 3 day delivery. 3 days into the wait I was still waiting for the update. Emailed and was told they were over sold and had none. No apology, but was offered orange ones. Other than that no attempts to make good on the fact they took my money and hand none just leaving me wait for 3 days.
They then told me a refund would take another 5 to 7 days!

BE WARNED: I bought some £350 Sony headphones for work and exercise during lockdown and they stopped working after 6-8 months.
I sent them back under warranty but it's worthless -
Sony stated that Sony headphones can't be used for exercise and that exercise is "misuse" that invalidates the warranty because sweat might irreparably damage them - and the headphones go in the bin because they can't even repair them. They then demanded more money from me. Ridiculous.
I contacted Sony sales and asked if I bought Sony headphones and used them for exercise - would sweat cause an irreparable failure and invalidate my warranty - they said no.
I contacted Sony Centers and asked the same question and they said no it wouldn't invalidate the warranty so clearly Sony are playing fast and loose with your money trying to bully you into paying for replacements under warranty.

Ordered Sony wf-1000xm4 headphones online. Courier refused to deliver to street address and returned to Sony warehouse. Numerous emails and telephone calls over multiple weeks to have product re-shipped unanswered. Sony has my money and my headphones and will not provide any information on either refund or if/how/when product will be re-shipped. Regret not purchasing from Bose or Apple, who both have excellent customer service, couriers and products. My advice would be to avoid Sony at all costs. They have lost me as a customer forever.
SHABBY CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SHABBY CORPORATION
Shocking customer service from SONY CORP for well known defective product e.g. HT-MT500 soundbar. Advised me to pay £33.60 for inspection by Authorised Sony Repair Centre knowing that the PCB required for repair was no longer available and inspection fee could not be credited against a repair as advised. Then was offered £100 buyback on soundbar system purchased 3 years ago for £445. LAST PURCHASE OF ANYTHING SONY FOR ME.

Sony is an abomination. Please spend your money on anything else aside from products from these smooth-brains. Maybe if they'd ever listen to people they might not be one of the worst companies out there, but they don't, and thus are.

The warranty is a lie, as is the 30-day return. I bought a 65 "sony tv. tv had problems after only a few days. curry's passed me to sony warranty where first they postponed me, then they sent me a smaller tv for replacement. I asked for a refund after so much time lost but they said that it can only be replaced and only in the interval set by them. He won't trust Sony and Curry's, I'll just take your money and then ..... your problem.

The new update brought ads to the home screen of my Sony XH9096
I bought a Sony XH9096 and I was quite happy with it till few days ago. Now I got Disney+ ads for some of their movies on my Home screen right above all my app icons.
Apparently it's caused by an update of the Android TV launcher from Google, but I don't care. I didn't bought an smart tv to get ads on my main screen without even having the option to disable those ads and have the Home screen just as before.
Next time I'll buy a Samsung or LG tv rather than a powered by Google Ads Android T
Dont buy any Sony TVs
Dont buy any Sony TVs. They seem to think paying thousands of dollars for their TV gives a permission to push adds in your face without permission. There are better options out there. Just as good and respect your home.

Since I was a kid I always played on a Sony counsel... Four months going on 5 month later I still can’t even get my hands on a ps5 this is ridiculous. I think I’m done with handing your company my hard earned money. Sony doesn’t seem to care about the people. You knew this would be a high demand item and honestly your company pooped the bed.. I’m currently getting used to pc gameplay and honestly games and graphics are better anyways response times are better. Sony as long as you know your losing costumers by the day. Then good you guys deserve it for the frustration you cause..

As a gamer who has always purchased Sony Playstations and spent thousands on both games and consoles, the whole situation around PS5 is disgusting. I put my name don on a number of supplier sites ahead of the launch and not one offered me the console. I see lots for sale by individuals at very high prices. Are these people scalpers, or is this a poly by Sony to push the price up.
It will be a long time before I buy Sony again.
Sony you treated us all very badly and you deserve to fail over this.
