We are moving from your storage unit…

We are moving from your storage unit because it is now inconvenient. We now have a 60+ minute round-trip drive to the unit from our house. Thank you for the service you provided.

I plan to have all of our belongings out of the unit by Thursday.

Professional and attentive service!

Nice people to deal with and professional stuff.
Had a small issuee with gate at the time of delivery, but the manager helped with no questions asked and everything went super fast and smooth. Will recommend this place to businesses and regular customers. Thank you!

Horrible lighting and move out fees

I asked for 3 weeks to have the overhead light fixed as I couldn't see into my unit. I moved out on the 5th in which after that date I would.of been late. They charged me 21$ . If the storage is 57 for 30 days how would moving out on 5th not late be 21$ ? That is fraud and a RIP off and I am filing a Bbb report.

We did have the opportunity to review your account and did not see a notation regarding repair of the overhead light. We will address directly with the manager to prevent this kind of oversight from happening again.

Separately, we did want to provide some clarification around your fees. Your rent was prorated when you moved out of the facility and was a total charge of $8.99. Your Tenant Protection plan does not prorate and is $12/month. This should be itemized out on your final receipt – please let us know if this is not the case or if you would like an additional copy for your records.

I made an online reservation for a…

I made an online reservation for a space at the beginning of January and noticed after making the reservation that it was only good for 7 days. I received a call from a rep and was told that the reservation would could be held until I actually needed the space. I received a call from a rep a week or so later and then just about everyday afterwards EVEN AFTER notifying them that I would come the sometime during the last week of the month. When time came for me to actually get the space I explained to the rep that I wanted to go look at it to make sure it was what I needed before purchasing over the phone. The rep that I was speaking with was somehow adamant about me making the purchase over the phone- kept mentioning that I would save XX amount of time by doing so. I finally did make the purchase. The takeaway from this review is that I felt like the phone calls were OVERKILL. If someone tells you that they will be in touch, allow them time to get in touch.

I asked many questions about the…

UPDATED:
I asked many questions about the pricing when I spoke with someone over the phone. One question was the amount including the insurance and the sales person told me YES. But once I went to sign the papers they informed me that it's extra. I would have been okay with everything but they didn't tell me in person about the insurance being extra until I signed the papers. I could have went somewhere else more reasonable with price.

The response below is telling me I didn't do a contract but why do I have my lease and receipts right in front of me? I paid and signed a lease. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS!

The manager was knowledgeable, the property was clean,. I felt safe about my surroundings, and storage unit because of the location and cameras
.I have had bad experiences with (Public Storage) and I would not recommend anyone storaging anything at any of their locations. How ever this Storage Company is safe and clean, and the staff is curtious.
