Fast Delivery, but…
The PC came super fast which of course made me a happy gamer! However it kept crashing because of some out of date firmware for the motherboard, updating it fixed it. Otherwise super happy!

Stormforce is an unreliable, scammy company
My other review was taken down so I'll dumb things down here:
• terribly overpriced devices
• creating complete slop, calling them gaming PCs by simply throwing RGB over them
• scamming people new to PC building by giving them the absolute worst parts imaginable, where even an ancient phone could run things better than these "Gaming PCs"
• decorating these useless pieces of metal into looking powerful but being completely useless
• the PC I've gotten from you, and have had to hold up with for years costed SO much, but uneducated me didn't know that your PC is worse than any school computer, your PC didn't even have a GPU, I'm so thankful I'm going to other companies and getting proper components to build my next PC so I can forget this sorry excuse of a company
• your PCs are genuinely not even worth £100, let alone £600 and £700, atleast get them to run google and not have to wait 2 minutes for a single tab to open

Fabulous customer service
Fabulous customer service. I had accidentally ordered the wrong coloured fans and they contacted me to check & changed them for me before sending.
My son is delighted with their product and a friend who is very tech savvy says it’s good quality components used.

Fantastic computers, slightly delayed on the one due to not having the gpu in stock. Still sorted within the 7-10 business days, I just have very little patience :)
Communication via email not the best in terms of updates but when I called the customer service team they were incredibly helpful.
All in all I would recommend stormforce to anyone looking for a gaming pc. 10/10.

On my 3rd Stormforce PC in around 6…
On my 3rd Stormforce PC in around 6 years or so, my 1st was a low budget , which still worked great, but then i wanted something better. My 2nd i used for 4 years , still now plays all games i play on ultra. Gave it to my daughter so i could get another new one.
High spec parts, built very well , looks fantastic and runs even better. Not actually had any problems but its great knowing the support and guarantee is there if i ever do.

It was a really good experience the PC…
It was a really good experience the PC is immaculate and a real work of art. Storm force kept me up to date with the process the only slight problem was it was literally one day late but even that wasn't really there fault since I bet the shortage of parts worldwide plays a role.

Ordered a prebuilt PC which unfortunately had a CPU issue when arrival and had to be returned, customer service was great and sorted everything out for me to make it as smooth as possible. Got a replacement pc in 3 days after sending the damaged one back! Now the PC I have is amazing well built and powerful! Great purchase from a great company

Absolutely perfect
Nothing could've gone smoother, it was a joy to order and receive the PC, I was informed every step of the way as to what stage the build was at. I know nothing about PCs and the on-line description said all I needed to know, it was beautifully packed and in perfect condition when we unwrapped it, they said it would be a simple set up and it really was, all told, it took about 30 minutes and it was up and running.
Daughter is thrilled with it, speed, memory, everything I could've asked for and I'm so very grateful for that.

Really fast delivery all things considered (Ram shortages etc.), built quality is amazing, extremely happy with the cougar cfv235 case, a lot bigger than expected! Had a hiccup with the cpu cooler and wrote them a pretty cranky email because of the stressful week I’d been having, but they’re a really good company, I’m assuming some things got disconnected during shipping, but I reconnected them and solved the issue easily, I’d recommend this company to anybody!
