After Care following EV charger issues. Reported to Nesha who kept in touch and who was helpful along the way. She showed a genuine interest in our problem and checked to ensure that we were able to sort out the issue, which we did.

My Fiancé and I visited Story Homes this afternoon in Poulton. While this was not to purchase a house, it was to get a feel for the estate and see their show homes as we'relooking to purchase in the near future. Tracey gave us lots of helpful information and was very kind and welcoming. We have been around a few of the new build estates in the local area and this was by far the most pleasant experience we've had. She's a real credit to the brand.

Shocking!! The worst experience in every way & on every aspect of buying a brand new home process. 5* Builder yes absolutely if out of 50!!! Stay Clear of this Company, from the poor customer service, shoddy build quality & materials also endless unresolved warranty issues continue with no interest of resolving. After completion & have your money Story Homes are NOT interested.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience buying my house, all thanks to my sales consultant Fiona. She is very kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything making the whole process stress-free. I truly appreciate her professionalism and warmth.

Michael gave me everything i needed straight away and made everything as easy as possible

We have recently reached two years in our new Story home. We love it. There were some remaining issues that needs sorting under warranty and Michael has been amazing helping us to get them sorted. His communication and coordination has been really good. Several of the issues were sorted by Lee who has also been extremely helpful. His work is excellent and he goes above and beyond to make sure our home is in perfect condition. He’s a credit to Story Homes.

We were booked in for a door repair with aftercare for July, Mark came earlier this week and notified us he had a last minute cancellation. He sorted our door for us there and then, and we also had an issue with our side gate which we were going to report for a separate booking. He was willing to sort that out for us as well! Very professional guy and a lovely experience for us to get both things sorted before the summer. Very happy, thank you so much Mark.

Zara was extremely personable and very friendly. She answered all our questions with ease.

A really positive and informative session at the beautiful SwannHotel. Thank you to Kendra for her time today. We will definitely continue our journey with Story homes.

Emma has been brilliant for the last 18 months in helping us throughout our home buying journey. She has been really knowledgable, helpful and always communicated really well throughout, she couldn’t do enough for us. Our new home is beautiful thanks to the Elmbrook Park team.

Fiona has been very helpful, answering all our questions promptly. She is approachable, friendly and realistic.

Derrick attended our property to fix a noisy floor board. He did a fantastic job and was friendly and courteous. Appointment was made promptly after contacting Story. Excellent aftercare.

Best experience in months of searching meeting Emma at the Coppull development. Helpful, knowledgeable and very enthusiastic which was very addictive and gave us a real buzz again after several let downs, a real credit to the company.
Although the property we viewed was pipped at the post with one we'd been waiting for release since January, if our decision had purely been on the selling agent we'd be moving to Coppull with Emma. Thank you again for a lovely experience, John and Deborah

Technician (derrick) attended on time to fix a problem with a door handle. He was very pleasant and explained what the problem was and what he did to fix it.

I called Story Homes Customer Services North East branch. I spoke with Michael who was very helpful in addressing my queries in respect to my house sale. Michael came across very professional and courteous and I felt that he went above and beyond with information and any follow up emails. Thank you.

One of the worst home builders iv come across..... more bothered about money then peoples health.... various plot location built on cheap land near nuisance noisey roads, boggy land and dangerous electric lines ...
Not only that but do not accommodate any adaptations before you move in even for most vulnerable customers..... more bothed about quicksales fast turnaround then the people living in their properties...
Staff are short and only bothered about sticking to a script. will to take your money but if you start to ask questions expect to have to pay for simple things that should be a given when spending 100's of thousands .... after care of property are
non exsitent had various complications as they must hire cheap builders that cut corners.....
Needing togo legal to final get anything sorted...
Allot of people on the estate feel the same just look at the facebook groups about them...

This is the standard replys you get from them they just follow a script for legal protection and dont really address why customers are up set things need to change maybe value people over profit.....

Sam Denham was our sales executive and was great from day one. Explained everything in great detail and offered support and advice when needed. She was always available to answer any questions... even on a Sunday! So far the sale has been smooth so big thanks to Sam.
