Jeff Deserves 6 Stars
I can’t recommend Jeff at Strata highly enough. Every time he attends our property he completes the work to the highest of standards. He is meticulous, a perfectionist, and the consummate professional, treating his work with the level of care and attention you’d expect from someone maintaining their own home. On the rare occasion he hasn’t been able to complete the work due to an outside contractor needing to be involved, he’s helped ensure that the job is reported and taken care of in a timely manner. If we could give him 6 stars, we would.

Jeanette was super friendly, and helpful right from the start of the process and provided us with great customer care throughout all stages of the build process. Keeping us upto date and taking time to explain the choices.

Jen at Anthem in Beverley has been fantastic! We have had quite the experience trying to reserve a home with Strata, due to things out of our control, but Jen has made this experience so good. We are blown away by her Customer Service and how much she cares about your personal situation. We got the call from Jen telling us we could reserve our dream home and she was just as happy as us.
Nothing was ever too much trouble for Jen. If you ask, she is on it!
On top of that, the Head of Sales, Emily, has also been fantastic. She is friendly, clear and reasonable through all that has happened and was very pleased that we managed to reserve with Strata.
We are immensely grateful to Jen and to Emily for enabling us to reserve our dream home.

I recently bought a new Strata home at Anthem, Beverley. Jen in the sales office was amazing!!! So warm, friendly, helpful & supportive throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble. I still enjoy popping into the office to see her.
Adam from the site has also being great!! All snagging jobs completed at a time convenient to me.
I used the Solicitors and Mortgage Advisor recommended by Jen and again nothing was too much trouble.
I'm loving my new home and getting used to life in Beverley.
Great Start BUT Disgusting Customer Service
I’m extremely disappointed with how my flooding emergency was handled after Storm Claudia. Overnight, my living room became flooded, ruining my child’s electrical toys and soaking my sofa.
I called the emergency line and waited over 30 minutes. When I finally got through, both representatives I spoke with raised their voices at me while I was explaining the situation, which was really upsetting on top of everything else.
I was then told no one could come until Monday because the flood was considered “containable,” even though my living room was full of water and my belongings were already damaged.
This entire experience has been stressful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. People deserve better support—especially during serious weather-related incidents.

Great Customer Care and Excellent After-Sales Service
This is the second house we’ve bought from Strata, and we can genuinely see how much their service has improved compared to before. The customer care team is responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with, which has given us real peace of mind as new homeowners.
A special mention to Jeff, Dave, and Mally, who followed up on our settling issues (such as small cracks and paint touch-ups). They were detailed, skilful, polite, and very organised throughout the process. They took the time to explain what they were doing and made sure everything was completed to a high standard.
Overall, we’re very satisfied with the service and support we’ve received. It’s reassuring to know the team genuinely cares about resolving issues properly.

AVOID! If I could leave zero stars I would
If I could leave zero stars I would. Avoid this company!
They came out to ‘fix’ an issue with our child’s bedroom window. (A new build may I add) and then as they ‘fixed’ it, they broke the plastic pvc around the window.
They then refused to fix these damages, implying that we caused it and it is accidental damage caused by the owners. WE did not touch the window, YOUR operatives did, and then has the gall to try and bill us £350 to fix the damages.
Our doors don’t lock in the summer, but apparently this is ‘normal’ and we should have someone come out and refit the doors each summer.
You are a sham of a company, your customer service is appalling, and offer zero aftercare. Buying a new build and then it being faulty is ridiculous, and then not to rectify these issues is criminal.
Oh and the bath isn’t fitted correctly, which is leading to water damage… but guess what, zero chance of them coming out to address that either. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
These issues have gone on too long now.

Jeff is like “veni, vidi, vici”
I would use the phrase “veni, vidi, vici”to describe Jeff because as soon as he came he could identify the cause of the problem with our garden gate and fixed it in no time.
He also came to patch the walls for us a month ago. It was a great job done too.

An ACTUAL five star developer…
We fell in love with Strata as soon as we entered the beautiful show homes at Desire, Leeds - we knew it was the one. The entire process from start to finish felt bespoke and personal. The houses are stunning but the service is also incredible. Betty - our experience manager is a huge asset to the team. She is a ray of sunshine and genuinely excited for her clients in entering their next chapter… Hayley in the legal team was also great to work with. Friendly, efficient and organised. My kind of girl!! Thank you everyone for making this happen. I highly recommend Strata homes.

Having our property for just over 2 years, I've purchased an electric car. When turning on the electric charger, it appears not to be working. I contacted the office and they advised they cannot send an electrician round due to being 6 days out of my warranty period.
Before this, I recommended Strata to my mother and father-in-law. They purchased a wonderful home within the Anthem development and by chance was at the property during the walk around. Chelsea asked about my experience with Strata and I informed her about the electric charger issues.
Within less than 24 hours, herself and Matty the electrician visited the property and fixed the issue.
Thank you Chelsea and Matty for understanding, actioning and going above and beyond by showing providing a fantastic customer experience.
Snagging
We had some plaster come loose above the boiler and the bath had moved slightly causing the silicone to come away. Jeff came and fixed both problems. He was extremely nice and friendly and was so helpful. Thank you Jeff.
