Excellent customer service from India, Customer Relationship Manager when I asked for help regarding a replacement lid for a Stackmaster box I had managed to break by falling backwards accidentally on to it!

India arranged a replacement lid (and handles) to be shipped to me FOC. This is what wonderful British customer service should be at all times.

The boxes are very sturdy (when used correctly!) and I would highly recommend them.

Quality products fit for purpose IMHO.

Purchased four 145 litre heavy duty crates from Homebase about 18 months ago to move my son into university and they were perfect for the job!, wheels on the bottom to move around . The lids are molded on the top so the crates can be stacked, they are recessed for the wheels to sit in. The crates have plastic clip handles that simply flip up and grab the lids, there are also holes on the corners so you can use a padlock. Recently whilst preparing for another trip back to university I managed to damage 2 of the plastic handles which are easy to fit so I contacted Strata Products by email to ask about buying replacements. Imagine my delight when I received an email from India Buttery , customer relationship manager saying she would send me replacements for free!. WOW!, now that’s service !, sure enough within the week they arrived, guess what ?, there were 3 handles!.
I’m super impressed with this company and I’ll for sure be checking their products first if I need a similar product. The crates are tough, the plastic is great , it will flex and return to shape, it’s the kind of product you think , you know what?, the quality is right there!, these are going to last!.
India, if you’re reading this thanks again!

I recently broke the tap off my water butt and contacted Strata to see if I could purchase another. They immediately responded to say they were putting a free replacement in the post. I received it today and am very impressed. Great customer service! Thank you!

Bought some Strata storage boxes from an online garden centre and they'd lost one handle and damaged another. I thought I'd see if Strata might be able to point me in the direction of where to get replacements. What amazing customer service - they replied to me right away and they're sending me the handles I need even though they weren't the retailer. I'm so impressed, thanks to India in particular! (And the storage crates seem massive and strong too!)

Bought a water butt from Lidl that unfortunately had no tap within the fitting kit. E mailed customer service at Strata, and received a response in less than 20 minutes. Subsequently they forwarded a replacement, no quibble. Excellent service, excellent product. Recycled materials, British made, and top class service! Totally recommend Strata!

Strata is a wholesaler, not a retailer, but their Customer Service people (Hi India!), while dealing with end purchasers, is a genuine pleasure to encounter. I have had to contact them about items that arrived damaged, where the vendors were unable to replace the damaged pieces, and merely offered a refund. STRATA was helpful and polite, and sent the replacements at a minimal charge. This is a Customer Service team that could be training a lot of others. Please think about allowing end purchasers to buy directly, and promote India to manage that department, and customer services - she understands the importance of polite responses when sealing with the public, and deserves the highest praise!

As sometimes happens our original order NOT from Strata ended up with the wrong diverter kit for our water butts. We decided to contact Strata directly. What a revelation, India our contact immediately recognised our problem and sent out the correct diverter kits. Communication was excellent as was speed of service. Our new water butts are now in place and planted up. Thanks you particularly to India for all your help. I cannot recommend this firm enough.

Have several Strata storage boxes in use. One clip was damaged recently.
