I ordered 12 x 3Litre boxes in different colours for creating an organised First Aid and medicines cupboard. Although the postage was a bit of a sting, the boxes arrived well packaged less than 48 hours after placing the order! All boxes arrived in perfect condition. Very pleased. I would order again if I end up needing more.

Had a faulty box which broke within 8 months with hardly any weight in it,
the area where the handle fits snapped.
The manufacturer offers no warranty and does not uphold the consumer rights act.

Day 12 waiting for an order that should have taken 3 days, now saying it won’t be sent for another two days at least with delivery a week away, so 18-19 days after order. Zero contact from them, no apologies.

Excellent company with useful products for organising.
Any issues are promptly addressed.

I've just received my order and wanted to say how impressed I was. It was dispatched and delivered very quickly and the protective packaging was excellent. I'd originally placed the order to obtain spare handles for some of my existing boxes which had been damaged. Sellers on a well known auction site were selling 2 for £8! On this site I paid less than that for 24 handles. And they didn't just put 12 of each size in, there were extras too. Also some lovely little boxes put in as a free gift. Very impressed all round - so thank you.

We have purchased dozens of boxes and are very happy with them. The quality is not matched by any rival products and the price is very reasonable.

Excellent company and products. You pay a little extra for delivery but the packaging is top notch so the plastic boxes arrive intact. Delivery dates & times seem to be generated the same day of the order.

I ordered a twin stack of drawers with a black outer frame and lid with cool blue drawers. I used the interactive tool (you have to look for this, it doesn’t particularly jump out at you on the website as being there) to try out different drawer combinations to help choose the one that was going to work best for me. The order arrived within 48 hrs, extremely well packaged with only the wheels to attach which you simply push in.
Excellent quality and just fits the bill to tidy up a small space that I’ve been using as a home office for the last two years and also a place on which to sit a printer. I ordered a stationery tray that didn’t arrive with the original delivery. I emailed a query to ask what had happened to this and it duly arrived in the post 2days later. I love everything about this product and while the missing item was a hiccup I can’t fault either delivery speed or the customer service that I’ve had from this company and it’s one that I’ll certainly be using again.

Boxes very good. However, limited/no information on how to get additional hanging files for the boxes; what there is has dimension details which do not match the files supplied with the boxes! Very frustrating.

Had a rather large box (same make) ordered from Amazon but delivery was over a month away. Ordered on their site and under 2 hours was told it would arrive tomorrow. Hopefully all the rest goes okay, but I know these are very useful boxes as I've bought several in the last year or so...
