I recently checked with customer service if the logan puff had t0ngue straps yet .as they said they would a year ago . To my surprise I was answered with an email saying they didn't know . I promptly responded , but being a hardworking broke ass skater I was at work so I saved the draft and sent it 1 hour later saying u dont know ? What is the piint of custoner service i guess ill sti k with vans ... In that hour the rep had responded with an answer that I hadn't seen yet . He then responded again calling me strange ......I have 6 pairs of straye and that will be it . The rep should have said in their initial msg i don't know . However I will get back to you . Bottom line is this is crap customer service no matter which way u slice it . The guy was rude . Would love to see him call me strange to my face . The only thing strange about our interaction was the fact that u didn't say I'll look into this and get back to you and all could have been avoided if u knew how to deal with people . I have over 300 pairs of vans and was steadily growing straye into said collection . That however will not be happening. Thanks straye for letting me know iam strange. Ur approach to customer service is i fact strange . And I'll be spending my hard earned money else where. Peace out straye . It was a fun year .

strange customer service behaviour
I didn't even get the chance to place an order because I refuse to give them my money after the strange customer service I received when I asked a simple question... I went to place an order for the Logans which show STRAYE in gold on the photo online but I seen a review saying that a customer received them and it was actually in white not gold, so I simply emailed customer service and asked the question, they confirmed that the text is in white.. so I asked why the image shows it in gold if it's in white and the reply I got was "you've never manufactured anything before, I can tell" ... very very strange response, what does that even mean?? I never once said I was a manufacturer, I was going to be a customer who had a simple question.
The images on your website should reflect the finished product that you are selling.
I found customer service rude and unnecessary. Gutted tbh because these were going to be a surprise present for my partner.
**UPDATE** I wouldn’t have taken it as far as to write a bad review but your customer service was rude to me and there was no need when all I did was ask a valid question. I wasn’t rude at any point so why was you? You even left a rude reply to this review, then edited and changed it. If you responded to me in the way you have in your edited reply then I would never have left a bad review.
