Quick, easy, and fast shipping! Quality of the shoes are fantastic!

They didn’t give true sizes. Like for example I ordered a women’s 8 but got a women’s 7.. men’s 6.5= women’s 8 but it wasn’t listed as so. Shipping took a while. The fit is a little snug but I hope with time it’ll become more comfortable.

I got the wrong size and had to give them away because they wouldn't except the return 😡 I'm pretty bummed out cuz I'm out of a pair of shoes

My recent mystery pair was a white slip on. Perfect for casual wear.

My order number was 209175. UPS never delivered my package even though the address was correct so my shoes were returned to sender. I reached out by email and was told my shoes would be resent. Instead I was refunded and because I bought them during a sale, I can’t just rebuy them. Weak.

The shoes I bought look awesome and were very reasonably priced, similar appearance to Vans but imo more comfortable.

Manufacturing defect on the outsole toe of the shoe, no response received when reported.

Shoes were too big, and when I tried to exchange them the next size down wasn’t available. I waited 5 days to see if it came back into stock, but they didn’t, so I decided to return them. The option to return for a refund was no longer available, I could only return for store credit. Considering how poorly the shoes fit, I didn’t really want another pair of shoes so the credit was useless. So now I have shoes I can’t wear. Cool!

I ordered two pairs of shoes. Got notified they were going to ship 4 days later, fabulous. Then, nothing else for two weeks. I reached out to customer service and was told they would check on it. Three days later I got the same email with the same tracking number from customer service. Again saying that said the label was created two weeks prior. I reached back out and was told “all I can do is resend it, but it looks like one of your shoes is now unavailable.” I have ordered numerous shoes from Straye over the years, this will be the last time.
