Extremely helpful, Fast and polite.

I've been with Streamline consistently since 2015 and have never once had a bad interaction or situation with the staff or services. any time I've had to open a ticket they always responded promptly and done everything they've been able to to help me out, solving my issues every time. personally I'm very selective with my hosts and i don't think i've had another host with as good of customer service as you guys. keep it up

I've only been with this company for like one day. Shaun (aka Nova) is the best! He's bloody awesome!!!, the amount of help he gave me was above and beyond!! When I thought that I was going to have issues because I couldn't explain the problem I was having, he figured it out and helped me very quickly without me having to do hardly anything.. it was the best experience I have ever had with a company in my life!! I'm very thankful to Shaun for his generosity, it saved me alot of time and frustration. =)

I had issues with server time-out. After lodging a ticket it took less than 2 minutes for them to get back to me with further questions. Shortly after the issue was found and fixed. I was very impressed!

Have had two issues with the server disappearing from the list in our game. Both times i have send a ticket the issue has been resolved almost immediately, Staff is super friendly and always happy to help and answer any questions.

It's 2022 and they're still doing really bad. i host a game server from them and got oh god no players on the server and CPU is running at 64% that only tells you that they use the Ip that you pay for mining what. i requested a canacelation 7 days ago and still there is no answer

The senior technician Hayden was very helpful and was able to respond to me and assist me faster than I was able to offer responses! He was great help and the services are stable and smooth as well. Also a great price!

Had no issues with my hosting since I started using streamline 6 months ago. The dedicated machine I rent is high quality and allows me to do everything I need. Their ddos protection is the only reliable one in Australia and have had no downtime because of this.

I've been with Streamline Servers for 3 months now and I came back to strengthen what I wrote about the company.

Keep in mind it's been 3 months and I NEVER, NEVER had a single issue or problem with the services, the quality is from another world, it never went offline, stopped or had anything bad in the whole 3 months.

The support team is amazing, you have professionals there to help you with the tickets and any doubt you have in mind will be gone in no time, never saw a support so efficient like that before.

Streamline have a variety of services to suit any kind of needs, going from VPNs to Gaming Servers, a lot to choose from !

The support is beyond excellent, the payment and plan selection in spotless! The worse I can think of is that the admin panel(Game server) is a tad bit clustered but still easy to use and is being improved. Furthermore the support is the nicest I met all my life and I've been using a lot of hosts lately.

Streamline Servers were a pleasure to do business with for my Valheim server. Unfortunately it is not feesable for me to continue using their services as it is not possible to use devcommands or debugmode whilst using third party servers.
None the less, Streamline Servers were very helpful in assisting me with starting up the server, were polite and my gameplay was without issue. I would highly recommend their services if you wish to have a third party host and play Valheim without cheats.

Needed some help getting my modded server running and the guys at streamline helped immensely. Repsonses were often within ten minutes or so at off peak times. Exceptional service.

I have very little experience in running a server or setting it up, luckily the support team can do that for you as long as you send a support ticket. When I wanted to set up a prop hunt game and didn't know how I sent a ticket and left thinking it would be fixed by tomorrow, he replied in 7 minutes and had it fixed in the next 5. Would recommend based on the support.

Just took like minutes to fix my issue.Best ever support I got.
