Was struggling finding the right shoes for plantar fasciitis for a year plus, so glad to chance upon Stryda via IG. Bought a pair of insoles in Apr 2025 for myself and boyfriend.. it took a while to get use to them but felt great wearing them after a few times.. could walk for 2-3hours without the pain on the soles.. so when I saw they had the shoes.. had to get my hands on them.. visited melbourne in Sept 2025 and decided to drop by one of their stockist to try the shoes on.. am so glad I did.. wore them daily since am back in sg.. love them as it really helps with the plantar fasciitis - I can walked in them for 4hours or more without the aches or pain to my soles.. but.. the back of the heels has worn off within the 2 months I have worn them..
overall I would still recommend, though I guess there's still room for improvements on the shoes..
Looking to get another pair soon..

Stryda insoles are the best favour you could do for your feet. They're even better paired with a pair of StrydaForce sneakers. I have so much less foot pain. Give them a go!

Liked them so much I bought two more pairs. Support Australian business, innovation and my feet. Lol

The business owner Thien seems to be genuine and truly cares about his customers. After seeing my review, he tried to call me then left a voicemail with an explanation and offered to send us a new pair with the correct size (for free to replace the broken pair) and also was very polite with the back and forth texting to resolve my case.

I was just unlucky with the automatic CRM system and the staff somehow missed my initial inquiries, i guess.

Just make sure to measure your foot length and texted them your concerns before purchasing to avoid any unnecessary issues like mine 🤷‍♀️.

Original: I purchased 2 pairs, 1 for me 1 for my partner as a surprise birthday gift.

My partner's pair can't fit in his regular shoes so I emailed these people for help. Took them 2 days to reply my initial email which is acceptable. But when I replied, they never got back to me, it's been more than half a week. So i sent a follow-up email and got one of those auto emails. It means the people who were replying to me closed my enquiries when it's not solved?

I'm semi mad as today is my partner's birthday and I had to give him the gift that doesn't fit his shoes anyway. So he brought them to work and said the work boots are a bit bigger so maybe they would fit, and he managed to put them in put when he put his feet in, one of them got chipped. Terrible experience for a buyer and for a birthday person.

Yeah, super solid. Definitely need a break in period (which I’m not over yet). Definitely relives feet pain, especially after long hours.
This is legit, affordable, durable.

My shoes no longer get smelly, my knees no longer hurt - everything in alignment . On my first couple of pairs I moved my Strydas from one pair of shoes to another. Instead now I have them in 4 pairs . Now my first qn for sneakers or hiking shoes are … can I remove the liner.

I’ve been dealing with stubborn foot pain for months, and these insoles have been an absolute game changer. Within the first week I already noticed a huge difference!

What I love most is how incredibly comfortable they are. I’m on my feet all day at work, and these insoles are so supportive and make standing for long hours so much easier.

I have only been able to wear both the insoles and the shoes approx. 3 hours each day due to the nature of my daily routines where I spend it mostly walking around the house in bare feet during a period of approx. 3 weeks. They are comfortable insoles and shoes, I highly recommend them. Thien the founder at STRYDA was extremely helpful with my plantar fasciitis and a few other small issues with my feet in terms of exercise and support. I still have pain with my plantar fasciitis, but I have made a remarkable progression towards recovery.

These are amazing!! What was I waiting for? What a game changer, I hurt my ankle 18months ago and I was still limping. From the first wear, when using Stryda I haven’t limped.

I’m 51 and I’ve been in custom orthotics for 25–30 years, some of them eye-wateringly expensive. I’ve also tried more over-the-counter insoles than I can count. Between a dropped foot from a herniated disc, sciatic issues, plantar fasciitis and just plain sore feet from standing, I've been around the block when it comes to feet.

Stryda is the first insole that’s given me both proper support and real comfort. They feel great in sports shoes, they cushion impact, and they don’t leave my feet aching by the end of the day. I've worn them for over a year, and honestly, I won’t be going back to custom orthotics. These work.

The stryda soles have worked well, I am quite happy with then compared to orthotics

What started as a bit of a mix up with the type ordered on line and then shipped, Jacob was quick to acknowledge the issue and magically sorted the correct items be shipped with a turn around time of 48 hours including shipping ! Regarding the insoles , I find them comfortable and for my purposes they assist with de loading my ankle that has a repetitive strain injury (the aforementioned use of stryda to do this approved by my podiatrist of course). I love the fact they are cork and can be wiped down when odour appears.

I bought the inner soles almost 2months ago. I have sent several emails with no resolution. I would like to send them back and get a refund as they are not my size. I called Stryda reception to enquire if I could return them directly and she was not the nicest and said I couldn’t. Bad customer service and stuck with an Item I can’t use.

To say I’m happy with these insoles in an understatement!! They have helped my PF so much!!!!
After 8 months of agony (some days I could barely walk) and spending thousands on treatments including laser etc, these have been life changing for me, so I would highly recommend them. The service and quality is exceptional. If you’re frustrated and over trying different products like I was, this is definitely worth trying. I only wish I knew about these sooner.

The sneakers are extremely comfortable and the slimline insoles cradle my feet beautifully, not too hard or too soft. I have had PF for years and I know I have chosen right with these. My feet, ankles and knees are feeling the positive difference. I will get more insoles for my other shoes. The sneakers look like they will last for years, though light and breathable. Very quick delivery.

Been using the shoes for almost two weeks, super comfy with no aching! I've been using the comfort soles for almost a year and love them. Great choice buying the sneakers!

Amazing these actually work ! I work and im on my feet all day my right heel was killing me and i was taking pain killers so i could work, i thought i would try stryder they really hurt at the beginning but they tell you how to break them in, they are really attentive towards your experience with regular email communication and letting you know what to expect from wearing them, but i can’t believe it they actually work my pain has subsided and its only been a couple of weeks ! I bought 2 pairs one for my work boots and one for my every day shoes and they have worn in and my feet have gotten used to them only after a short amount of breaking in time, So happy and relieved my foot pain has gone, something actually works, recommend them to anyone!

I purchased these cork insoles in the forlorn hope of alleviating the shin splints and heel pain I was suffering in my right leg.This was referred pain from my arthritic right hip and it was extremely sore.Even though I am scheduled for a hip replacement next year I was willing to try anything to stop the pain right now . I'm very happy to report that these insoles have eased my leg pain and I can walk much more freely, although ,of course, my hip is still very sore.It seems that my money was actually very well spent ,after all.

Sizing chart accurate, nice packaging, timely delivery and so far it seems effective product. I thought expensive though, i am sure your product could be a household name if u could price better. I would buy more rather than move insoles from shoe to shoe.
