I purchased the stryda insoles for my husband who had painful plantar fasciitis. He was disappointed when he first saw them as they are quite thin and not the thick spongy insoles which you would expect. He wore them for the full day at work, arrived home with no foot pain. No more hobbling around, no more pain. These really work. He had been to a podiatrist, had shock therapy, nothing helped. So glad I found Stryda, will be buying another pair for his other shoes. Highly recommend!

Stryda insoles changed my life! I no longer have aching feet, ankles and knees, simply through adding the insoles to my usual shoes.
I can now go back to blaming squats and deadlifts for my sore legs!

As soon as I started walking with these I felt instant relief. As the instructions say you need to work your way up to wearing them full time as they are changing the whole way you walk. I still have pain when standing and when I’m not wearing them but the relief to be able to walk is enough for me right now. I’m sure I will only get better.

I'm a plumber and have always suffered from lower back pain, and no matter how many boots I have tried, nothing ever helps. My wife has Strydas and is so happy with them that I decided to try them, with nothing to lose. I now keep a pair in my work boots and have purchased a second pair for my casual shoes. While the back pain is there some days, it is nowhere near as often or as severe.

Don’t buy the regular inner soles as they are too thick and make your shoes too tight. The thinner style is better but these still seem to hurt my feet even after a few wears. The cork is hard and not what I expected. Maybe they will soften up over time. Also quite expensive compared to other products on the market.

These insoles made an instant difference to my Morton’s Neuroma pain, as a midwife in a public hospital I am constantly on my feet and I was really struggling, the very first time I put these in my duty shoes it was literally impossible to take them out again they made such a huge difference for me personally

The shoes over the knuckles of my little toe is painful.

So my dad purchased me a pair of the insoles as he was over me winging daily of my sore feet post having Ross river. Every day I was waking up with excruciating pain now I suffer from chronic pain in my feet. When dad told me about these insoles I was sceptical. Only thing that would help me was daily Panadol and nurofen. My pain was easily a 8 or 9 out of 10. I am on day three of having the insoles in my shoes and have noticed a massive difference already. Whilst I’m not completely pain free, it has definitely made a noticeable difference. My pain would be either a 3 or 4 out of ten now depending on my daily tasks. I am very happy with this product and hoping my pain just gets better with each day I continue to wear them.

I asked a question on sizing as I have wide flat feet. Got a quick reply, took advice and I am very happy with my innersoles. Thank you.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but I am walking better, as my left arch had fallen and left leg was very sore.
No more sore leg, walking better

I have flat feet and chemical sensitivities. My new Stryda insoles have provided really good support without problems from synthetic materials. I notice that my knees are happier when I walk with Stryda.

The shoes overall are nice and stylish for a wider fitting style, however the insoles that came with it were too small on the right shoe. I compared the insoles and it’s about 5mm smaller than the left side and doesn’t fit the right shoe properly. At first, because of the fault in size, it kept slipping out when I walked. When I decided to tape them, it keeps digging into my toe because it’s too short making it uncomfortable to wear. By consumer law, the insole is technically faulty, but I was not offered a replacement unfortunately. Also be aware if there is any issue, they do take a long time to respond- and in my case, didn’t resolve the issue.

Fast postage, seamless transition, true to size and have made a mammoth difference in my foot pain. Will be repurchasing so I have a couple of pairs on hand.

I purchased 2 pairs of STRYDA insoles as I have foot issues
Was recommended these by a friend who wears them.
They are extremely well made and sturdy, a perfect fit for my work steelcaps.
I will admit I didn’t use them the recommended way as I had them in for the total 8 hr days I work.
I only suffered minimal soreness in the arch area for around two days. I have had no soreness in heals since wearing them and am extremely happy with these inner soles. Will definitely be buying more when needed as I still have a spare pair.
Well worth the money spent on them
Ordering, delivery was also great

I have been wearing the inserts in a variety of shoes now, most of the time.
After getting some amazing support from the designer of the insole, I'm taking my time and building up use. Takes a while. There's a bump. - pressure point - in the stryda insert right under the ball of the foot. It's hard to get used to but this apparently is the adjustment process. Stick with it folks

I’m really happy with my Stryda innersoles - I’ve been doing some Kung Fu training and learnt that my weight was not evenly distributed, that my feet needed to spread, to ‘pronate’. The Strada Innersoles have really helped with the process of retraining my feet. I have bought multiple pairs and can’t imagine been without them now.

My husband has been suffering with plantar fasciitis in both feet for over 2 years. He has tried every treatment from massage, physiotherapy, shock wave therapy with no avail. The stryda insoles has had an immediate effective within a couple of days. The pain has reduced significantly and hopefully we have finally found a solution. Well done Stryda your product is awesome👍
