HELP…
I have recently had to report two parcels gone missing or undeliverable to studeo ,after two weeks investigation they said the parcels had Indeed been lost in transit and the amount for the order £134.14 would credit my account .
I thought the issue was resolved
I was even sent a 20% discount code with free delivery. Then I received a statement asking for payment again I
sent an email to say I thought it was
resolved only to receive an email back
starting the whole investigation up
again.
PLEASE PLEASE can someone help me get off this automatic email and correct my account.
I have been extremely distressed over the this issue
