Terrible customer service
I ordered a dress from Studio Tia which unfortunately wasn’t at all how it looked in the photos. The fabric was pretty much transparent which is why I went to return it.
I returned the item in August and still haven’t received a refund. First I was told it takes a bit u til they are able to process the return and I should give them 20 business days. When I checked back in with them my emails were just being ignored or I only received a reply from an AI bot.
It’s been 3 months now and I still haven’t received a refund

The howl experience was awful
The howl experience was awful. Is such a shame that the howl “brand image” is so fake.
If you look at the Instagram page for example it looks so nicely done and dreamy. Therefore, one will expect to get such an amazing experience from purchasing to delivery. Not the case at all.
Despite charging a fortune for delivering, but let’s say that I get that. Instead of 1-3 days to get to you it takes almost 2 weeks. Well I would say that for €25 delivery charge will expect more effort.
I have order 2 dresses one of which was out of stock. However the website was not updated so you could still buy it. Let’s say that could happen too. However, nobody has contacted me about the issue until I did.
On the day that I agreed to get only one dress delivered I went back on the website and the dress which was “out of stock” was still there for purchase in the same size.
When the dress arrived the packaging looked to cheep and like no one even bothered to properly pack it. Additionally, I have been sent the invoice with both dresses.
At first I said that I will not bother saying anything, however then I thought that maybe someone will benefit from my review to make a better choice.
In few words: dress is ok but a bit misleading from the picture; poor customer service; poor update; poor packaging; the price does not match the brand image;

OK, so don't even start with this is a different shop. We know that is a BS answer. I ordered the lamb jacket and silk dress on 04/06/2024. Today is 05/31/2024. In that I time I have even moved. I have contacted these jerks multiple times with their stupid response that it was on backorder, however they emailed 4/30/2024 saying it was on the way and they would be shipping it shortly. Here we are entering June. I then asked for a refund 5/20/24 and got a response that they would get back to me. Absolute crickets. People, if you value your hard earned money- avoid this shop at all costs. They are thieves.

I ordered as I wanted to give them business as the company’s from my country family members and friends told me not to trust them and they were right ! I ordered three outfits as I have a wedding coming up after receiving the order I was very disappointed the shirt had no lining it was really uncomfortable the dupputa was completely different to what was on the web site when I complained and asked them to send details regarding returns it didn’t go down very well they offered to change dupputa and send another shirt with lining but by than I lost my trust in them ! I was emailed by three different people all so unprofessional
they kept offering an exchange and didn’t want to talk about giving my money back even tho their refund policy clearly states a full refund with money put into the account the order was placed with . I returned the parcel on the 20/9/2022 and am still waiting for them to confirm when money will be put back into my account . I have emailed several times but no response. Really poor communication from their end ! Extremely disappointed with this company i wish I listened to people when they told me not order from them ! I’m sorry to say but they’re a bunch of crooks !

The clothes quality very cheap
The clothes quality very cheap or average, replica. Sizes were not good, never received a refund. Returned the items through Post Office next day and as everyone on here never received a refund instead was laughed out. What consumers rights clients have? Never buy from them, disrespectful.

Appalling thieves
Bought two pairs of jeans plus delivery charges£24.99 never turned up yet I KEEP sending screen shots of the money leaving my account, yet I just keep getting generic replies re they cannot find my account number- I DIDNT have a credit account I paid right away- dense or what?! Absolute joke of a company, I ordered a t-shirt from them back on July 7th and since then was charged for the shirt and have gotten zero confirmation emails. I have emailed them a few times requesting a refund and have got no response on each occasion. I would strongly advise you don't buy from them as it seems like they just take your money.

Bad. Products are often out of stock and they don't even bother to let you know, very slow delivery. Ordered a jumper too with one sleeve much longer than the other. Christmas presents didnt arrive in time. Avoid.

I am a little shocked at the reviews for studio. I have never had a problem when buying from studio, whether it be credit or bank transfer. The items I've recieved have always been as expected and studio have always been good with keeping me up to date with tracking my delivery. Some items have taken a lot longer than others to arrive, but I've always been well informed. It's cheap and cheerful, never ever had a problem with them in the five years of ordering.

Would score zero if it was possible. Dreadful company, they should be reported to watchdog. Like most of the reviews on here mine is pretty much the same. Extremely poor customer service, wasted hours and days on the phone to this company only to get no where, as they are in a different country and dont understand what your saying to them. They cant resolve the simplest of issues, which leaves you literally tearing your hair out. Lost parcels they charge to your account and then say this will take 30 days to be looked into. Items are posted then all of a sudden told there out of stock. Avoid like the plaque. I dont know how this company is legally aloud to run with how appalling they are.
