I am very pleased with how I have always been treated by Studio. Parcels have been delivered when told expectation date. No issues. Delivery drivers have always been polite.

Shocking, not allowing returns to be combined an absolute crime against the environment and my purse, when each return is £4.99!!!!

I will never order from this company again. This is the worse service ive ever had. My goods didn't arrive. Trying to track it was no good. I contacted customer service they said it was lost.
I asked for a refund. Still haven't had a refund. Keep emailing the person dealing with it but just keep being told its been raised and refund will be processed
They are quick enough to take your money but you have to chase them to get it back
I did order off them years ago now I remember why I haven't since

Absolutely shocking experience. I placed an order since there are some good reviews here. My order arrived and one item was not the one listed on the website, plus it has the zip stitched on backwards! I contacted them on their complaints form, with images, to get a pre-paid returns code for the faulty item and they came back asking for more photos. I sent these and they said they couldn’t view them (they were JPEG). They asked for JPEG or PDF. I converted to PDF, sent these and was ignored. Chased them tonight, they are saying they can’t view either photo. Sent them to my husbands email on both phone and PC to check - he can view images on both. It almost seems like they are lying because they don’t want to pay for a return, even though they are obligated to under consumer law! Still waiting to hear back, it is like speaking with a robot. Never will I buy from this company again. AVOID.

UPDATE: Studio REFUSED to assist me and I took to Resolver to formally register a complaint. Only by doing this did I get a refund but otherwise they would not have assisted me with a free return (breaking consumer law). I strongly advise you avoid this company.

I placed an order,after placing was told that 1 item was out of stock and to re-order,I did this and my order was duplicated and I was unable to cancel and was also charged 2 delivery charges even thou they were delivered all together,now I need to return 1 package.
