Mix up with the order but dealt with quickly
Mix up with the order as we paid next day delivery but 2 days later order still not sent. Called to check and order had been missed. Company refunded the delivery charge and sent on next day delivery.

A lovely company to deal with. I bought two large products from them and both arrived the following day. One item that was due to be delivered (a cable) was out of stock. Chris rang me to inform me of this and asked if I was happy for it to follow when stock became available. He didn't email to tell me that, he actually phoned me! What wonderful service! Highly recommend Studiocare and I congratulate them for providing products and a service at such a high standard that is sadly lacking with a lot of companies these days. Well done Chris (and your team) for such excellent customer relations that your 5 stars deserves.
