It the worse tutoring platform.......
I applied for the tutoring position, but my application is still pending, they are saying you will be added when there is more need for tutors. But they are still accepting applications from new tutors keeping earlier on hold.
Secondly, you keep uploading documents as per their instruction, but never receive a peeny.

I worked with studypool for 2 months and unfortunately, you ask dirty students who ask for a refund after wasting your time on your hard work. Studypool always care about her reputation with the students and ignores tutors' hard work. Among all the online platform, this is the worst ever.

Studypool is just a scam. They don't pay you on selling documents.
I just uploaded lot's of documents there and my friend tried to help by by getting monthly subscription from studypool and unlocked my documents but I didn't receive a single penny yet. Totally disappointed

The good thing about tutoring is that apart from making money you get to help students with school. All of us have been students once so we know that not always we can get things done efficiently. Studypool.com is the platform for you if you either need help or want to provide help with a subject. I've been working as a tutor at Studypool.com for a year and being part of it has more advantages than disadvantages. When I know I have more free time than usual, I can take more students so it isn't a job with a fixed schedule, you're the one in charge of that! And if you're a student, don't hesitate to ask for help here because this platform covers plenty of subjects!

I actually tutor there every now and then and it's pretty chill, I earn maybe 300$ every few weeks, but that's really not much... I've only done it a few times, but I can imagine if I would do this 40+ hours a week I'd probably get over 5K but the questions are challeneing if you want more money. My latest experience there had me surprised with the updates they made, the place to work on questions looks so neat, and I can filter my subjects!The downtime maybe is that you have to wait until your chosen by the student, but I actually have 3 students I work with over and over

I navigated to a page to view a qualifying AP essay as an example to assist my teen in understanding the grading rubric. I came across a document and wanted to unlock it. It told me I can unlock 10 documents for $19.95. I paid, but it was a subscription. I am very careful about watching for this, and I believe the pathway I took to get to the payment page did not include the subscription description. The payment page describes fee for service. The receipt did not mention recurring fee. I would have cancelled immediately. The documents were outdated and unhelpful. The phone number listed on my statement is out of service. They ONLY use a chat where the support sends template answers. No refunds. I requested a refund for 2 of the 3 payments. I requested they investigate the possibility of the subscription page not being included in the breadcrumbs for their possible errors. I requested the investigate how much I used their website. It was only once-to view a few documents for $20. It was a waste of even that money. I will not charge back for $40, but I will write reviews to warn others.
