Worst customer service ever, do not offer refund even if its accidental purchase.

I have been here for years. Studypool keeps growing giving new opportunities to both students and tutors. I have increased my level of experience by handling clients' tasks. I have innovated other ways of handling students. For instance, I have involved students directly and let them know what the task entails, and how I have handled the task so that they can understand the whole concept. That creates good networking. It is a great site to work with ...my overall experience of working with them has been great so far...they are extremely supportive to both the tutors as well as the students...the payments are also made on time... I would recommend everyone to work with them!

I have used the platform for quite some time now as a tutor. It is an excellent site for both the tutors and the students. It allows the withdrawal of money immediately after it accumulates to $50. Also, tutors can liaise with the support, who are also very friendly. On the other hand, students are able to get quality answers from the tutors and are able to understand concepts with which they had difficulty well through the platform.

The site is simple to use and navigate through. I have been using it for the last 3 years and the experience is great. You get to interact and negotiate with students freely. Payments are made on time.

Despite the advantages, the negative part of it is that sometimes a student requests refunds carelessly and get refunded without considering the tutor’s effort.

I signed up with Studypool in 2021 and it has been a challenging and wonderful experience to use my knowledge to assist others around the world.
For tutors, the platform gives the opportunity to commoditize knowledge and for students, Studypool recommends the best tutors to assist so students can rest assured that their explanations are of the highest possible quality if that is not the case students may request refunds, and rate the tutor's explanation and their interaction. Studypool is a win-win for both tutors and students.

I have been working as a tutor on studypool since 2019.
It was great experience on working and earning here.
The payment is made via PayPal whenever you have more than $50 accumulated in your account. It is 100% legit in payment.
Moreover, the customer service is good. You have the right to appeal any refund made by a student.
For students, you can get help in any subject because there are many tutors for each subject.
you can get help in assignment quizzes ,researcher paper, reports etc.

Contact them on the day of the auto renew and they won’t refund money. Don’t get involved. Much better sites out there.

This is a fake website. Time wastage

I worked as a tutor for more than 5 months and gave answers of more than 25 questions , received payment in account from students but company did not give it to me. When i tried to apply for withdrawal of money, i received message from the studypool that my account is banned. I sent mails but no answer yet. Fake company wasted my time

I had a recurring charge from them after receiving a cancellation letter. They have no way of contacting them other than by their chat feature and they take days to respond and will blatantly ignore your requests. Due to this, I made a fraud claim w PayPal and they have still not responded to my requests but have threatened legal action and banned me from their site so instead of fixing the issue they have threatened me and are still incorrectly charging me even after sending them a email showing my account was cancelled. Don’t give them your banking information unless you want them to repeatedly steal from you

Studypool is scammer website.
They are cheaters, rubbish.
I work here as a tutor since 3months.
When i earned 50$.
They cannot give me withdraw,but also banned my account.
Three months of daily hardworking were lost.
This website is very very bad.

I have worked on studypool for close to a year now, and I can say with proof that studypool cares less about their tutors and are more concerned with the money they make from the students patronising their platform. Also, the platform shows a lot of ethnic nepotism (like giving preferential treatment to US citizens, and cares even less about citizens of African countries). Very poor from them!

I've been a long-time customer of Studypool and I'm very happy with their customer service. The staff are always attentive and quick to respond to any questions I may have. The tutors are professional, quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. And the pricing is very competitive—it's definitely the best customer service in the industry!
