Purchased a medicube age-r booster for £180 device stopped working/faulty. Would not respond. Finally got a response with all these stipulations on returning item as certain providers they will not accept a return from. So I requested a prepaid label or for them to arrange return from a provider that they accept (as I am in UK) they were not understanding. They are unwilling to help and have dragged out responding to me so now it’s out of warranty period they do not believe they should refund me. Any attempt publicly is just a scam! They will not help and will STEAL your money!!

I never ever recommend this one . Waiting time is honestly ridiculous. It’s been ages and I still haven’t received my product. There’s zero clear communication or updates, which makes it even more frustrating. If you can’t handle orders properly, don’t take them. Definitely not recommending until they fix their delivery and customer service issues.

I am writing this review regarding my order (#BWSVUKB10000366737) placed on 2 April 2026 with Stylevana.
The items were advertised as in stock and ready to ship within 24 hours, however over two weeks later my order is still stuck in “Packing” status with no movement and no clear communication.
Despite multiple requests, I am being ignored and have not been given any concrete shipping or delivery estimate for the remaining items (including Rejuran Turnover Ampoule, Rejuran Foam Cleanser, Abib Eye Serum, and Medicube Wipes). This level of delay and lack of transparency is unacceptable.
I have specifically asked for an estimated shipping date, delivery timeframe, or even the option of upgraded shipping due to the delay, but no resolution has been provided.
At this stage, I will have no alternative but to escalate the issue and file a dispute with PayPal if I do not receive a proper update very soon.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious if they require timely delivery or reliable customer service. #update since stylvanna replied to this review pls note that I have emailed them several times and they fail to respond to me regarding when my order will be shipped there reply that we should email there support email is useless because they don’t respond to you!

The worst experience, I ordered my package a week and a half ago and till this day I haven't received any email about my order or did they ship it, this is my last time that I'm ordering here, I probably won't receive my package because I don't have any informations about it and their customer service is also bas. Company - I cannot think of one positive thing to say about them. They took my money and that was it - no product, no refund and they ignore contact. Avoid at all costs. Or you could just stand outside and throw your money in the bin!!!

This website is a complete scam. My order was only “shipped” a month after it was placed, and the parcel was subsequently lost during delivery. I have already obtained confirmation from the courier regarding the situation, yet Stylevana has refused to either refund the payment or resend the goods.
After more than two months, I still have not received anything. At this point, there is no certainty whether the parcel was ever genuinely delivered or properly handled at all. The lack of responsibility and customer support is extremely disappointing.
Please be cautious and avoid purchasing from this website. It was an entirely unacceptable experience.

Ok so i was really worried about buying because of the reviews but I couldn't miss the amazing price that was 50% of elsewhere. The package did arrive a little later than I would have thought (arrived within 2 weeks) so worth it. Checked authenticity of products and all authentic & such good quality and packaged very well. Definitely buying again!

I've ordered from this site five times, but I won't do it again.
There are always payment problems. After an unsuccessful payment, it deletes all the items from the cart and I have to add everything again.
The last time I paid with my husband's card, I managed to pay on the sixth try. After that, they asked for payment confirmation and asked for the card details—which seems like a scam. normal stores don't do that! I refused to send the card details, and my order was simply cancelled.
The customer service is terrible!

Im not the kind of person that writes a review buuuuuttt. Really the worst website I have ever shopped. Its been almost a month that I placed an order and is still in packing status. Contacted them in case an item was out of stock as I was willing to replace it but informed me everything is fine. Yesterday they ask me to confirm my address which I find ridiculous. I keep getting automated mails and I cant speak to a real person. Really guys protect your mental health because im extremely furious about them. They put you in this kind of position that you have to become a Karen. Someone should shut them down. I will update you if my order arrives or if im asking a refund throu PayPal. Yeah even here they answer with automated answers like we are stupid and we haven't sent a ton of email. Pathetic at least. UPDATE: After sending them tons of emails I opened a dispute in PayPal and i took a refund. Really guys don't bother with them. They are not gonna help. Better shop from somewhere else where the people actually care about running a business right.

Pleasant surprise. After ordering, read a lot of negative reviews and started to worry that it is a scam. BUT.. (1) received product a little over a week after order (from HK to Canada) (2) Was provided with accurate tracking data (3) great value as product zinc oxide suncreen (Korea origin) eight times cheaper than available in Canada
Those bad reviews must be fake ones. All orders I had from Stylevana was delivered and with quality. Really surprised by Trustpilot score as it is not deserved at all. I mean stuff can happen, but as everywhere. I had only good experience and will continue to buy.
A month since I ordered and paid for express delivery. Multiple confusing emails from staff. The tracking number I’ve been sent is dodgy and it was only dispatched two days ago. Staff given copy paste responses and conflicting messages. I would not order from them again. You can see another copy paste response that will be in reply to this review. However, as in my review, I’m already in contact with the “support” team. My point is they do not actually support

Bought from them three times now, but this will definitely be the last one. Every time it took over 25 days to deliver, now I placed and order and it has been a month already so reaches out to them and the order was not even packed and they said that because they were waiting for a single sheet mask piece (£0.76) I would receive my order only a month after that. Total WAIT FOR DELIVERY 2 month!!!! My order was well over £200 too and they did take my money! Absolutely disgraceful. Avoid

I placed my order at the end of March with the idea (and notification) to receive within 2 weeks max (and I also paid an extra fee for it to be insurance - maybe I was already suspicious LOL). Long story short, one of the item goes sold out and they proceed with refunding it - but the other 3 items are said to be prepared in the warehouse for +3 weeks and they keep sending me emails saying "your order is ready to be dispatch". I have just got in touch with their CS and they now say that my order has already left the warehouse but they don't have tracking code to provide me with. That's bad.

Terrible customer service. Package never arrived and even though the shipping company admitted the package was lost, Stylevana continued to state that they’re investigating. 3 months later (5 months total since ordering) they emailed back “sorry, you’re not getting your package, it’s lost” Then after not responding for another week offered “coupon” to use on their site to reorder. Thieves !!! Why would one reorder from such company? Stay away, far away!! YesStyle is superior.

Made a purchase, 3 items were leaked and I asked for a refund. They said they wouldn't refund back to the original payment but store credit. This is basically forcing you to purchase with them again or they will just keep the money. Will never purchase anything from them anymore. I dont recommend people do the same either
