I've ordered huge amount of cosmetics from Stylevana on 15th of March 2023.
After multiply contact attempt with crappy auto-messages, they replied on 12th of May that I need to wait up to 3 weeks to ship some of products. I've waites longer. Almost 4 weeks passes by, there was no answer from them regarding my messages.
I asked them one last time if my order would be shipped asap or I would like to cancel it. If I'd not receive reply from them as soon as possible, I will contact my bank to start procedure of chargeback, as 3 months of waiting for my order is way too long.
I'm so mad about this company. It's my second order, I remember that there's need to wait, but this time it went too far. Their 'customer service' is ridiculos, treating people automatically.
I will report it as a scam if there would be no answer from them, as I feel robbed from almost 640 EUROS!
I regret that I've ever ordered something there and I feel it will end finally with chargeback...

Stylevana, I don’t know how else to get in toch with you. Customer service is not replying after requesting a refund for an order with both items in stock over 11 weeks ago and it has still not shipped.

Horrible communication and customer…

Horrible communication and customer service. I did not receive an order and when I contacted the support centre they initially did not respond for a month. When I finally got a response it was a generic email telling me to enjoy my products. Clearly no-one actually read my message. Really disappointing and I don’t think I will shop with them again.

Stylevana.Au - Terrible Customer Service and extreme delays in shipping

They do offer great discounts at times but the lack of communication is horrendous. It made the shopping experience a nightmare. This is not the first time this has happened, in fact, 2/3 of my orders have faced such immense delays in communication/shipment. I emailed multiple times over nearly 3 months and did not receive a response. I only got a reply when I lodged a dispute with paypal. And they insisted i cancel the dispute if not they will not ship my order. The customer service is non-existent and the level of care is honestly quite disappointing. I will not shop here ever again.

Have to leave another review. STOP ASKING ME TO SEND YOU EMAIL. I have tried to reach out multiple times but you never replied to a single one of them. It’s been two months so when are you gonna ship out the order?! You better check out your email inbox and reply to my emails as that’s pointless of asking us all to send you emails when you don’t even reply

DO NOT BUY FROM STYLEVANA

The most horrible online shopping experience I've ever had. I wish I had looked them up on Trustpilot before placing my first order—which was over a month ago and it still hasn't shipped. Their customer service is horrendous and basically non-existent (one item in my order was backordered for several weeks and instead of letting me know, the system was just going to wait for the item to restock. I only found out because the one response I received was about the backorder. I've sent three emails since asking them to remove that item and ship my stuff out, and I haven't heard back). I don't understand how a business can operate like this. I get that oversees shipping sometimes takes longer, but to have no communication, no updates and no responses to inquiries is crazy. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

If I could give 0 stars I would. No update about my order. Tried to email customer service and got a reply to one issue and no replied after. If you can avoid ordering from here I probably would recommend doing so

Worst site ever, do not purchase!

Absolutely poor and unprofessional behaviour. I made a purchase from the site on February and we are now in April and I have not received my order yet. It says it has been stuck in customs since February and I have only received two updates from Stylevana in the three months that I have been waiting. Furthermore, I have contacted their customer support service on their website numerous amounts of times and received no response. Genuinely appalled by the level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer support from Stylevana. All I want is a full refund because I have waited so long and I’ve been out of products for three months, plus I spent £100+ on my order!

“Usually shipped within 24 hours” is a LIE! Order #BWSVUKA130479905

This is my first time ordering from Stylevana as I while I have used Korean and Japanese beauty products in the past, I was still new to all the brands out there. After watching a video about Japanese Dermaplaning and seeing the results as well as the fact the creator bought specific products from Stylevana (the US website), I decided to give them a try once I learned they had a UK website.

So, on the 3rd April 2023 I made an order of £36.20 and paid with PayPal (order #BWSVUKA130479905). Please let me state in capitals that EVERY SINGLE PRODUCT SAID IT WAS IN STOCK AND SHIPS WITHIN 24 HOURS (I screenshot every page). However, to this day (14th April) the order still has not shipped yet! I have emailed, used their online contact form, and still no response to what is going on.

In fact I tried a small order first that didn’t go through and is stuck on “Pending” status. So I made the bigger £36.20 order and asked them to cancel the pending one since the bigger order was in “Processing” status. That was the ONE time they answered me asking me to not cancel the pending order and that they would give me a free gift or 10% off! I replied saying that I wanted to cancel the smaller order as it is stuck in pending and I made a bigger order with the same items in it anyway.

I even sent a screenshot which I edited to show them what I wanted done. Just nothing but silence. The “Check item(s) status” button on the order page just throws up an error says it can’t get the data, so I don’t even know whether the items were truly in stock or not and I even notified them of this but to no avail.

I sent them one last email earlier this week stating that if they don’t give me an update or have the order shipped by the end of the week, I want to cancel and will work with PayPal to get a full refund. What is the point of stating you have products in stock when you really don’t? As a Diamond member on AliExpress, I’m used to the occasional lie from sellers, but this is a BUSINESS whose selling point that they keep advertising is that there is no waiting as there is stock ready to ship. This has soured my opinion of this company as they can’t even get my first order right! I will update if anything changes, but I doubt it from all the other reviews I’m seeing here. :(

No parcel

Usually, there is no problem with delivery or dispatching. However, I had decided to cancel my order as it was taking too long, they then replied stating my parcel was ready for dispatch and if I would still consider the cancellation of my parcel. I replied thinking that my parcel will be dispatched soon but it wasn’t so I messaged again asking to cancel and they have not replied. I have not received a refund and my parcel is still on hold.

This has been by far the worst experience I’ve had ordering from a site online! I placed an order on the 6th of March ( it was supposed to arrive with 24 hrs) however nothing came for more than a week. I contacted them over and over, the courier sent it back, even though I emailed them and Stylevana to arrange another delivery date but got ZERO response. I have since then been emailing and calling (a customer service number that doesn’t even work!) and still NOTHING. Just an automated message. I have paid for the items and now it’s over a month and a half and I still have no resolution. I am beyond frustrated and feel super insulted that there has been absolutely no contact or response to me. All they are good at doing is flooding my inbox with their never ending mass emails.

No reply, delay in shipment, delay in communication info

No reply to my emails, no info about the order on their web site, delay in despatching.
I paid for my purchase on 17 February, sent a message to CS team to support at stylevana.com.
My order BWSVUKA1304XXXXX has finally arrived. One month after delivery I received email saying that the parcel was delivered.
Obviously huge problem with their IT support but - at the end - they do deliver!

So Happy with my order

I placed a £120 pound order as I am so obsessed with K beauty products. Then I read the reviews and became very nervous because I didn’t hear from them for a long time on my order. I placed my order on 14th feb. One of the items in the order said it is shipped in 30 days ( I wasn’t aware of how this made a difference as everything is shipped together and this might hold back my package). I received an intimation on 24th feb that my order is packed ( I was not expecting this honestly, and was ready to claim from my bank). I received a shipment notification on the same day with a tracking ID which I could track and see the status. I received it within 3 days.

For the love of god respond to the emails I hate this company so much. RETURN MY MONEY IM TIRED OF THIS. STYLE VANA STOLE 104 EUROS FROM ME ITS BEEN NON STOP EMAILS SINCE DECEMBER. Penelope Henry who is the style vana customer support I have been unfortunately dealing with is completely useless and will not respond to my refund at all.

So first order I placed arrived and I was happy with it. Took long time for parcel to arrive. Second order is a different story. 4 weeks my order hasn’t been despatched. Emails not answered. If i comment on Facebook chasing them for response they delete my messages. Luckily I paid with Paypal and raised a dispute, I received my money back as soon as I clicked submit button.

Absolutely shocking!

Absolutely shocking!
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I have waited almost two weeks for my order and have had to contact them numerous times about this. The live charting system is a joke and there emails are not regularly checked.

I have contacted the support again and have asked for a refund and for the order to be cancelled.

The products look so promising but they fail to deliver the quality within a time frame. I believe it is a scam and should be closed down.

Don’t make the same mistake I did, read the reviews before you place the order.
