AWFUL
I bought the hydro exfoliator through asos but shipped direct from stylpro. The item was faulty and damaged my skin.
I contacted stylpro to arrange a return they DID NOT RESPOND. the only way to contact them was through the submit enquiry box and I never got a reply. I spoke to Asos and they refused to take any accountability or help to arrange contact to return or refund. Both companies seriously let their costumer down. Shameful

Great customer service! I had an issue with a product I bought almost a year ago and they were so quick to respond and organised a replacement part straight away. I received my Stylpro wavelength LED face mask for a gift a couple of months ago, unfortunately the lights started cutting out, I contacted customer services and almost instantly had a response asking for a few more details, I’m now being sent a replacement part to hopefully solve the problem. Shout out to Lorraine who picked up my email and dealt with the concern so efficiently. Definitely a good experience with your customer services department (Lorraine) Many thanks

My friend and I received the Stylpro Hot Lash Eyelash Curlers, and neither of them were working. They were ordered on Debenhams, but didn't have a good experience with them. So I emailed Sylpro direct, and what a different experience. Lorraine at Stylpro replied to my email super quick, and after I had provided evidence of the purchase she arranged for replacements, which were received in very quick time. I am plased to say that both are working! In short, excellent customer service from Lorraine and Stylpro and on this basis would highly recommend the company!

I had my StylPro for just over 12 months and am extremely impressed with the results but it has just developed a loose wire. I emailed customer service who have been fantastic and are replacing it for me. Thank you very much.

I purchased my LED mask when on offer on Look Fantastic and use it daily. I'm achieving great results. When my remote button got stuck I contacted the team and they responded immediately and sent me a replacement. Wouldn't expect such great service elsewhere and was expecting to be told I needed to buy the remote or a new mask! So thank you - especially to Lorraine!

I reached out to STYLPRO customer services this morning as I had a fault with the handset component on the LED face mask I bought last year. Within an hour I had received a response and by the end of the day I now have a replacement on its way to me in the post. Specific mention to Lorraine from their customer service team, for her exceptional customer care! Other businesses could really learn from this company on how to treat customers, they were brilliant!

I purchased the Stylpro LED mask directly from Boots, it came with a separate heated eye massager, unfortunately the eye massager was faulty, I reached out to Stylpro and received an almost immediate response and before I knew it a replacement was on its way out to me.
I can’t speak highly enough of the customer service, very quick and efficient.
I have only been using the LED mask for a week now and can already see an improvement in my skin. I wouldn’t hesitate purchasing from this company again.
