I recently contacted Stylpro because a strip of lights in my LED face mask had been flickering and eventually failed. I thought the product was still under warranty, but it turned out the warranty had expired a couple of weeks earlier. Coral explained this to me but very kindly arranged for a replacement mask free of charge. It arrived today, and I just wanted to say a huge thank you — I’m absolutely delighted. As an aside, I've been using the mask for a year and really pleased with the results; easily comparable to a much more costly devices on the market. Excellent customer service from Stylpro!
It does not warm up. The silicone strip gets only a slight warmth and second time it didnt warm up at all.

Face mask ordered though boots hasn't turned up, ordered before 3days before Christmas cut of date, no tracking provided one email from boots days ago saying left supplier, the company do not answer emails or calls nor provid tracking. Poor excuse of a company
The first pair didn’t work at all but STYLPRO replaced them immediately. The second pair work. I hope they work miracles on my eyes. First class service frim this company.

I first purchased the StylePro Wavelength LED Face Mask (version 1), which stopped working completely after about one year of use — no lights would turn on anymore. Despite this, I still liked the concept and decided to buy the newer, more expensive StylePro Wavelength 5-in-1 LED Mask. Unfortunately, this one lasted barely a month before it also stopped working altogether.
For a product that is more than double the price of the first version, I expected significantly better reliability. The idea and design are great, but the quality and durability are extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend these masks based on my experience. Which is a petty.
Absolutely love my LED mask I received as a gift for my birthday. I reached out to customer service when I had an issue which was entirely my own fault. I spoke with Tom who was so helpful and helped me get the issue resolved. 10/10.
I needed to return an item and was having trouble going through Amazon for it - picked up the phone to StylPro and the lovely lady I spoke to was apologetic, understanding and resolved my issue straight away. Absolutely gutted these dont work . Struggled to get the ems to work then no matter how much i charge them the red light goes on then off
It is really good and works very well. Especially when you need it the most. But it only lasts for 3 hours max and takes equally as long to charge
Stylpro is affordable and has a variety of lights which I like so blue for acne, red for collagen production and the recovery mode for inflammation
I guess I haven’t seen any changes after using it consistently for the last 4 months

I bought the EMS plus red light specs. Absolutely amazing! I've had them a week and I can see small but noticeable improvements to my eye bags.
I've struggled with eye bags most of my life, but more as I approach my 40s. I have tried every cream and I've had skin boosters. I'm not suitable for tear through fillers.

Great experience with customer service, got back to me immediately and were extremely helpful in sending a replacement for my LED Mask when I had a problem with it.

Do Not Buy. Bought 1st neck & facial toner. Lasted 3 weeks. Stopped charging. Got a replacement and that Never Worked. This is an inferior device. Got a Refund.
Stylepro wavelength LED face mask unfortunately a couple of weeks only into using this a row of lights failed the mask when switched on has some blinking or if I touch the wire or the battery pack when in use that also makes the lights blink all of the blue lights work on some of the lights work on recovery mode and on balance the anti ageing light one half row is off very disappointed
Love my Stylepro I can really see a difference in the firmness of my skin. Had an issue with the charger on my product but I had excellent customer service and had the machine exchanged straight away. Highly recommended
I had my curler for just over a year and didn't really use it much. Over time it started heating up very slowly so I emailed Stylpro asking if they could help. Their replies were fast and they also sent me a replacement which I didn't expect! Customer service is fantastic.
