Good very quick delivery

My first time ordering and unfortunately evri lost the parcel which was not good BUT the company quickly resolved this by sending it out again next day delivery which arrived no problem, I will definitely order from here again soon! ☺️

I had an issue with ordering through the website due to my address. I emailed customer service, they sent me an invoice for my items, payment was completed and i received my items. ( i had to do it this way a few times) Great customer service and always let me know if anything was out of stock. Nothing is too much trouble for the lovely customer service team.
They have now managed to add my address into their site so i can now order direct from there!
This will save time for both parties, Highly reccomend!

I'm happy with what I've seen of the products so far all seems to be good quality. I haven't used them yet but will let you know how it goes. The only downside was not really knowing what was going g on with delivery it took a little longer than I expected and tracking wasn't the best.

The sublimation Samsung 25 Ultra phone cases I ordered were very exceptional. They came out well when I printed on them.
Even when Evri made a mess of the delivery date, the guy at Sublizon made sure he followed up , and eventually sent me 2 new replacement phone cases to address the delay.
I will certainly patronise them again

Please be aware that the pandora style charms change colour to brass after 2 weeks of wear ,apparently this is just how it is any sublizon won't exchange or refund, I now have many customers requesting refunds , I have had many charms from other suppliers at the same price that 4 years on are still silver in colour

I ordered the Photoshop digital mock up file for the phone grips and I just want to say thank you for a brilliant file! I spent hours yesterday trying to find one, then resorting to trying to make my own.. I downloaded this file today and made a mock up within minutes! Thank you
