I joined a few months ago, I've met a lot of amazing people. Ive learned so such and there is endless content and daily zooms to continue learning.

Being part of Subto has opened up a whole new world of real estate investing for my wife and me. The wealth of educational resources, combined with a supportive, family-like community, has provided valuable guidance throughout our journey toward financial freedom through real estate. Through the mentorship program, we’ve also developed a stronger mindset toward both our business and personal goals.

Joining SubTo has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my business and personal growth. The community is different compared to anything else — everyone is willing to help, share knowledge, and push the other to level up.

What stands out the most is how quick you can get active in real estate. Being surrounded by active investors, real conversations, live deals, and people actually doing the work accelerates your growth in a way that YouTube or ‘coaching’ courses alone never could.

I have been following the subto community for about a year. Finally join last week, i've been fortunate this week.It was a big person meeting, i've met so many of the leaders in the community, and they've just poured everything, they have into you...all the support and the tools are in place, you just have to do the work, and u can't possibly fail.

The SubTo community has been awesome!! I just officially joined a few weeks ago. It's a vibe! Friendly people who are willing to help me feel welcomed and be successful have reached out. There are many ways everyone stays connected via FB and Zoom live videos. Watching live phone calls with sellers or brokers have been awesome. It encourages me to find my niche in this community with no judgement. Thanks PACE and Subto team for sharing the spirit of success with all of us newbies!!

Joined up near the end of April 2026. As of now I am working with many of my own issues and challenges.
4 weeks in and I have to say, I am so far out of my comfort zone, that the only way I can put it is a midlife crisis. Aside from all the unique challenges my confessions for experiences, have helped me grow more than i can understand at this point. I want to feel the High that they all talk about. I HAVE and I WILL continue to commit my time and effort 1 hr at a time. There is so much content, I have yet to go through even a small amount of it. I would say that during my first few weeks and encounters have been minimal, but rewarding. Onboarding was easy and very friendly, easy to work with, MSA connected, helps me stay on course. Even though i have yet to close a deal, I can truly feel that I can get the help i will require if i just keep putting effort into it.

Wow honestly I don’t even know were to start, back when SubTo first open I received a call to join I wanted to so bad I ended up waiting until 2021 to join one of the best decisions I ever made I already closed deals from other SubTo members and even bought my primary house from someone in SubTo that wholesaled it to me. The reason this community is the best is PACE don’t ever stop he is giving he truly wants everyone to succeed I can literally write a book on this community thanks pace we all Appreciate you.

The biggest opportunity SubTo has brought me is access to high quality people and meaningful relationships across the country. The community has connected me with individuals who genuinely want to build, collaborate, and grow together.
