I'm new here and I haven't made any connections, but from what I was seeing on YouTube, I knew i just had to join this phenomenal community! Pace is really unbelievable! He is such a nice giving person. I would encourage anyone to join. It will change your life!

Before joining I had the mindset of a brickwall, to join a community like this has shattered that brick wall!!! Surrounding yourself around others doing the thing and showing proof of concept gives so much thrill and up bringing to where you feel as if it is possible for YOURSELF!! My experience with the community is beyond any words. My mindset has changed dramatically, my way of life has changed and I continue to challenge my self to excell 1% better everyday!! The people are amazing and giving, full of energy and positivity. Keep killing it!!

I joined Subto back in August of last year mainly because I wanted to expand my network, meet good people, learn more about creative finance, provide value where I could, and honestly make more money while building something bigger long term.

What surprised me most was the community itself. Going in, I honestly thought I’d probably get lost in the crowd and that most people would have a “what’s in it for me” mentality. That really hasn’t been my experience at all. I’ve met some genuinely solid people inside the community who are willing to share knowledge, help each other out, and build real relationships.

The biggest thing Subto has done for me is expand my mindset. Being around investors from different backgrounds who are actively doing deals changes the way you think about opportunities, business, and even life in general. Pace deserves credit for building that kind of environment, but what’s kept me around is really the people and the culture inside the community. If you’re willing to participate, give value, and stay consistent, there’s a lot you can get out of it.

I have learned so much in few years, opened my mind to new business possibilities, and realized that working hard isn’t the only way. I wish I had taken more action earlier, instead of getting stuck in analysis paralysis and never reaching out for help from the incredible community that's always been available to me. Just a few days ago, I started taking action again, and the community is once again supporting me to land my first deal. I’ve been approached to join other REI courses and subscription deals, mostly by people like me who hesitated, then signed up for more courses without taking action. But now I see that I should have embraced this amazing place sooner—and I do. It's designed to help me grow, become a better person, and develop into a leader both in life and business. I’m excited and motivated about what I’ll learn next and the challenges I’ll face along the way!

The community is great and they help each other to grow. AT the same time, very selfish because they like to make money with each other.

I was skeptical about Subto at first. I watched as many videos of Pace as I could. And after seeing how kind he is and how much he cares about his community I decided to join. And WOW!!!!!! After signing up, I was contacted by my MSA (Member Success Advisor) and a couple of weeks later, I was in Pace’s office with other Subto member learning more about MHP!!! This isn't your typical “Mentorship” program. This man is Genuine! And literally wants to help you make your dreams in real-estate come true! If you’re thinking about joining, just do it! Everything real-estate is in the community! Literally everything! You don’t have to go anywhere else to find support. Do yourself a favor and join Subto!!! Thank you Pace!!?

I have been signed up for only a month, and my experience has been absolutely great. The depth of real estate knowledge provided in this program is incredible. There is a mountain of valuable content to dive into, including an extensive library of videos and Zoom calls. I especially appreciate the safety course, which has been a standout feature for me. Subto is a incredible community where an insane amount of invaluable knowledge is available to you. Knowledge on topics of everything real estate (calls, comping, etc), your mentality, and lots more. And all that dwarfs in comparison to the patience the team has for newbies and their desire to help everyone succeed in this community by providing constant opportunities. The only thing keeping you from success in this community is the time you invest.
