I got a sub and the sandwich was awful; two slices of turkey, no cheese and it wasn't heated as I asked. I went to the Subway subs website and filed a complaint and asked for my $7.48 cents back; no response. So I filed a second complaint on their website; no response. Then I filed a complaint with the Better business bureau; no response from Subway. Finally, I wrote to the President of Subway and again; no response. And there is no phone number to call. Subway subs obviously doesn't care about the customer experience.

As a frequent visitor to this Subway location, I was surprised by the unusual experience I had this time. Upon entering the empty store, I placed a simple order for a scoop or two of chicken, which I have ordered before at other Subway locations. The employee attending to me stated that she needed to consult her manager. The manager then informed me that I would be charged $15 for the entire sandwich. Although I was willing to pay, I expressed my surprise at the policy, given my previous experiences. However, the manager responded loudly and rudely, suggesting that I could purchase chicken at Dollar Tree instead. I was shocked by her reply. She then asked me to leave the store. When I requested her name and information about her supervisor, she refused to provide either. I will not be returning to this Subway location due to the manager's unacceptable behavior. I left without making a purchase and felt sorry for the other employees, who appeared fearful and helpless. The manager's behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable.

Pulled up to drive thru at 0715 pm, no customers in store with 2 employees working, guy came on speaker so I placed my order and then it went silent so I pulled up to windows and waited for 10 minutes in meantime the 2 people walked by windows multiple times then finally she came to window to take my order, no communication at all so I will never eat this location again, I ended up going to jersey Mike's instead,
Not a single item in the order was correct. Small amount of filling. Rubbish
Ordered several sandwiches. Not one had my requested fillings. No cesar sauce, jalapeños instead of pickles, no olives, no stuffing, chilli bites instead of cheese garlic bites. Absolutely ridiculous. The minimum requirement for employees is being able to read, surely. Subway, eat lucky dip!

The food was alright; however, the customer service was horrific. They ignored customers to focus on a single person, and they didn't greet anyone who walked in. They weren't busy nor were there any circumstances occurring that would have made them unable to greet their customers. Overall they need to work on acknowledging their customers.

Subway Randolph, Ma is a great spot with usually nice employees but the food is a little bland and the bathrooms are pretty dirty. Please clean your bathrooms but otherwise it was a nice trip.

I ordered delivery off of the Subway app and got a meal and they didn't even give me my Cheetos or Cool Blue Gatorade. You suck Subway. If there was an option for zero stars, that’s what I would give. Portion size was laughable. Priced as a premium sandwich. Soup was average at best. Service in need of more training. I have visited the store location a few times. Have never been impressed, but today was outright disappointing. Had to request a bag. Seriously. How the heck do you expect a customer to juggle a soup and sandwich out of the store. And not cheap, to say the least. I have never experienced a more self important business in my life. No wonder the store is always completely empty. I will never enter this shitty business ever again.

I would rate it 0 stars if I could. I have ordered from subway many times. I get the same turkey and cheese sandwich with pickles and lettuce. And never once have they gotten my order correct. Sometimes they’ll forget the cheese, sometimes they’ll add random things on that I did not order. They aren’t carefully making their sandwiches and will put random things on all the time. I am sick and tired of this it’s not okay.
