I would rate it 0 stars if I could

I would rate it 0 stars if I could. I have ordered from subway many times. I get the same turkey and cheese sandwich with pickles and lettuce. And never once have they gotten my order correct. Sometimes they’ll forget the cheese, sometimes they’ll add random things on that I did not order. They aren’t carefully making their sandwiches and will put random things on all the time. I am sick and tired of this it’s not okay.

Repeated of not providing…

Repeated violations of not providing the value of what has been ordered. My town has 2 subways. One close to my house, and one a little further away. The one a little further away provides exactly what is ordered and paid for. The one closest to my house continues to provide a standard sandwich despite the repeated orders for double meat. This subway underperformed and ripping customers off is the Missouri Ave location in West Plains, MO. The Southern Hills location in West Plains gives you what you paid for!

Subway .... who, what, where, why?????

Not sure what is going on with Subway in Colorado Springs or surrounding areas. It appears that no one cares about the food or service being given to their customers. To no avail, we have been trying to get ahold of someone within the Subway Organization since mid October 2025 who gives a care. C’est la vie Subway.

I wanted to buy a 12 inch sandwich for…

I wanted to buy a 12 inch sandwich for my daughter and myself. I asked for half with teriyaki chicken and the other half grilled chicken. The server said she can't do that. I have been going to Subway's since they opened and in other countries. They ALL gave me the sandwich half one meat and the other half with another meat. She didn't speak English but barely. I couldn't even understand her. She was arrogant and wouldn't let me finish a sentence. She obviously had never been in a job that served people before. She was a smart aleck. This was today, January 13, 2026 about 1:00 or 1:30. How can they hire a person that doesn't speak English and so arrogant? I didn't make a scene but I will make reviews. This happened at the 2225k Wyoming Blvd near Menaul restaurant.

Subway #463 in Beeville

Subway #463 in Beeville, Tx sucks. First off they did not have the soups we wanted or the sandwich meat my husband wanted. My son ordered a cinnamon pretzel never got it but was charged for it. Also when we paid for the items we could get the cashier didn't give the right change back. This Subway has really gone downhill and makes all the others look bad. Hope you can do better soon.

$13 for a 6 inch

$13 for a 6 inch , no lettuce , got to pay for beetroot by the time I changed one thing I ended up paying 16.80 for a tiny sub with stuff not on it because not available, I ask for substitute and answer is if I pay another $3

First ever actual bad experience

I have always loved subway, it’s my favorite place to eat honestly. I’ve never really had a bad experience, but today however it was so dirty in the subway I usually go to, which always is very clean. But the sandwich making area was just terrible, it was so dirty, it was not clean. When the worker rinsed off the knife, he starting hitting it on the underneath of the counter to dry it, which in my opinion is not sanitary.

Ordered a TOASTED breakfast wrap came freezing cold and didn’t even bother to toast it this is the 3rd time on delivery I’ve asked for my sandwich to be toasted and they just cant be bothered absolutely disgusting will not be paying for my food when it arrives completely ignored instructions

This is more directed to Corporation…

This is more directed to Corporation than employees. First they take 14% of the employees tips. In the new year the tips will be added to the paycheck. The store was out of many items and the soda machine was not working. The workers were great but frustrated to have to tell customers that they did not have certain items available. We'll at least you do not have Jared representing Subway. That's a plus.

Everytime we ask for our sub to be…

Everytime we ask for our sub to be toasted it never is. We even put in the notes of the online order PLEASE TOAST. It almost seems intentional that don't do it. Saturday we placed a large togo order only to get a call a half hour later that they were out of ham, meatballs and the bread we wanted. We call to complain and were told to call when a manager is working. Apparently the manager never works because they always say he or she isn't there

Subway has gone way down the drain

Subway has gone way down the drain. My favorite was a foot long on flat bread steak and cheese. The flat bread has been replaced with a tortilla. I'm paying for a foot long but their tortilla is only about 5 inches. So what am I paying so much for? The staff don't speak English so communication is impossible. I ask for extra cheese and they just stare at me.

Subway Does Not Honor Coupons Properly

I visited the Subway at 9123 Old Annapolis Road in Columbia, MD. I had a coupon that clearly stated a free cookie with ANY purchase. I capitalized the word ANY in this review because that is how it appeared on the coupon. I asked to pay for a foot long cookie and get an individual cookie free. They told me that I had to buy a sandwich to get the free cookie. I told the cashier that the coupon clearly stated that it was free cookie with ANY purchase. The cashier refused to honor the coupon as stated so I left without making a purchase. I emailed Subway to express my concern about this matter and the owner responded. She said that she was sorry but totally ignored my question about why the coupon was not honored as stated. Since she did not answer my question, I emailed her again and asked her if it was accurate that a sandwich had to be purchased in order to get the free cookie. She did not respond to my question. I think she knows she is in the wrong and that is why she did not respond. Although it may seem like a small thing, businesses should be honoring coupons as stated. I have not been to this Subway (or any other Subway) since this happened and I do not plan on returning. I do not trust them to honor their deals. I am not going to waste my time going to Subway when I cannot trust them to honor their coupons.
