When my wife and I arrived the counter clerk was sitting behind the counter, apparently resting with his eyes closed. Although, he barely spoke understandable English, I finally ordered a 12 inch chi... See more

The worst fast food website
The worst fast food website, and app. It constantly goes from working to "This site can’t be reached" errors on literally every browser, with or without extensions, even trying to all allow their permission bloat. If you clear your cookies for it, it can work again, except you can't login because that completely breaks next, and clearing cookies doesn't fix that. Even when it's working as intended, it's extremely slow, constant buffering between even the slightest change in page, and has constant popups.
It's baffling you can even make a site this badly, and the worst part is it's been bad for years, and has only gotten worse over time.
Your company should be assumed of yourselves
How does a company of your size ask your guest when they are paying if they want to leave a tip? How about you pay your employees an appropriate salary so that the experience can be Pleasant.? Your employee is making the sandwich, here she is taking the same amount of steps that I am to the register what constitutes a tip? It’s not like I can make my own sandwich? Pay your people better. I
Subway Corporate Poor Service
I ordered Subway off my subway app and was told it would be ready by 5:15. After arriving at 5:15, I noticed a bus was pulled in and several passengers were in line. I asked the girl at the register how long it would be and she stated, "I guess as long as it takes me to go through this line". I Informed her I had to be somewhere in 20 minutes and if I could get a refund and was told I would have to get a hold of corporate office. There are no numbers to Subway corporate office where you can actually speak to a person. I did the Subway chat which was useless; it just said an email was on its way. It's been 2 hours and no email. I didn't want to leave without my refund because I was never refunded for a pizza that wasn't made due to not having the supplies 3 months prior. DO BETTER NEXT TIME, SUBWAY!
Salads aren't worth the price
I bought a salad and all I got was a very small plastic container, less than half a scoop of lettuce, 1 tomatoe, 1 piece of bacon and nothing else that I asked for and it cost me $13 that's ridiculous, there's more lettuce on 6 inch subs.
Rude and unprofessional worker
The worker was getting ready to make my sandwich when he looked and saw there was an order placed seconds ago and chose the order placed seconds ago. He then acted annoyed when taking my order and was very sloppy. I haven’t ever had this issue before.
So don't use the app
So don't use the app. Because that is a scam, for them to not send you your order properly, or miss your order, or not even send you anything.
There is no option in the app to complain. If you try very hard you can sometimes get to a spot where they'll try to let you but then they will stymie you by sending you in a circular pattern.
They don't want to hear your complaints. And I don't want to do anything about them. I have the receipts to prove this
Poor customer service
I went into the store to buy a small bowl of steak and chicken for my sick dog that hadn't eaten in 3 days so I started by trying to explain I have a sick dog that hadn't eaten in 3 days and I needed a small bowl of something she could eat the lady rudely ask me do you have money to pay for it I replied yes what do I look homeless or something she said well then let's pay for it first I said ok is that new or different she says it will just be easier for me is there a problem mind you she said this really crappy time I said yes there is a problem your the problem and I will see to it that you get fired and I left without buying anything now I'm trying to reach corperate to file a complaint against this woman who treated me like crap like I couldn't pay for what I wanted to order and I can't even get in touch with corperate. I have never been treated like this from anybody and by the way no I'm not homeless I own the business across the street from this location
Never received my order
Never received my order.
I ordered a couple of subs thru the Subway app using a coupon to get one of the subs for $6.99 and ordered for delivery. I noticed that the app was saying my subs would be delivered by a certain time and hit the update button because it was a minute past that time and it was still saying my subs were still being made. I waited a little while longer and the progress had not changed and it was now over an hour after I had made the order. So i called the store just to make sure everything was ok. Called 3 times. No answer. Finally after waiting a lil while longer I got someone on the phone but was told they didn’t have my order (never let me give them the order number) and that I should check the app to see if i could cancel. No option to cancel at this point. Then I notice the app has updated my order to on the way. Then immediately after that said my ordered was delivered a min ago. But no one ever contacted me or even attempted to deliver my order. So i called the store back and told them my “unknown” order now said delivered and I didn’t get it. Since it was delivered thru a third party I was told that they would have to be the ones who handled this and then had to try and figure out if it was even DoorDash that had actually delivered the order.
Finally I was able to get ahold of DoorDash customer service who did confirm they seen my order in the system and that since I had made the order on the Subway app , that they were the ones who had taken my money and they would have to be the ones who to refund me. So i stayed on the line while DoorDash tried to contact Subway. Apparently Subway had given them a nonworking phone number so then DoorDash filled out a refund request for me while I stayed on the line. And sent the form to Subway. Said I should get an email or message confirming they received the form and I should be refunded in 24 hours but if I didn’t receive confirmation of the refund process I need to try and contact them to find out what’s going on.
No confirmation email. So I will try and call DoorDash again tomorrow. To have them try and contact Subway once more. I at least deserve my money back! And I wasted my “12” for 6.99” coupon. Very disappointed in Subway and their lack of customer service.
Online order decided to change my…
Online order decided to change my location and the order went to the wrong store. I tried to contact the store and the lady on the phone told me, "That sucks" and hung up the phone.
I will never ever order from Subway again. When the online order system screws up, they refuse to refund the customer.

All I wanted was olives.
All I wanted was olives.
Warm olives.
Chopped into perfect little rings of happiness.
But no... they refused to add six extra portions. And then the guy told me to "just buy a jar".
A jar?? Cold?? In oil??
I'm ordering a sandwich, not stocking a pantry!
For an olive lover like me, this was heartbreaking. Truly a Greek tragedy.
I don’t know what’s going on at this…
I don’t know what’s going on at this Subway, but clearly accuracy is not part of the training program. I placed a very simple order. They managed to get it wrong. Fine, mistakes happen. I went back, explained the issue politely, and expected a quick fix.
Somehow, unbelievably, they got it wrong again.
At that point it became obvious this wasn’t an accident but a complete lack of attention and basic competence. I wasted time, money, and patience on something that should take less than five minutes. If an order with clear instructions can’t survive two attempts, that says everything.
Very disappointed in the sandwich
Very disappointed in the sandwich. Bread was so hard and dry I could eat the last 2 inches on either end of the sandwich. There wasn't hardly any meat in it (I literally had to open it up and look for it) and veggies were wrong. The bread was even smaller than usual, it was really small. What a joke. I will have a hard time ever going back to Subway after this.
If its not broke!
I ordered 2 sandwiches for dinner , when I went to unwrap the sandwich I noticed the bread looked different and very much like a hot dog bun. When I bit into the sandwhich it was very difficult to bite into. One of the things that kept subway on our list was the bread and this was not it.I called the store to find out if it was toasted an the clerk informed me the bread has been changed! Bad call subway you lost this customer!
Pretty disappointing
I don’t usually go out of my way to leave reviews, but Subway has been slipping hard lately. The last couple of visits have honestly made me question why I even bother. The food looks nothing like the ads, the ingredients seem cheaper every time, and the whole experience feels rushed and careless. My sub was barely warm, missing toppings, and the bread tasted like it had been sitting around all day. What really gets me is the lack of customer care. Staff acted like serving people was an interruption, not their job. And don’t get me started on the app — slow, glitchy, and half the time it forgets your login. For a big chain, you’d think they’d have this figured out by now.I’m giving two stars because it used to be decent and every now and then you still get a good sandwich… but at this point, it feels more like luck than consistency. Subway really needs to step it up.
Subway oakhall
Last night I went to Subway just to get an easy sub before they closed. When I walked in, a young woman—her name looked like Aitina or something close to that on her shirt—greeted me so respectfully. She even told me to have a good night as she was leaving her shift. It made me feel comfortable. The store looked clean, the floors were shiny, and the chips were all stocked. I really thought, wow, this Subway is nice.
But the moment she left, everything changed.
A bigger woman came out from the back with an attitude, sucking her teeth and acting like me being there was an inconvenience. She didn’t greet me, didn’t ask how I was, didn’t act patient—nothing. I have a stutter, and I struggle with severe depression and anxiety, so when someone rushes me, it gets hard for me to breathe and talk. She kept rushing me about what I wanted, unlike the girl who had just left or the twins who usually treat me with patience and kindness.
I didn’t even like the sandwich she made. I asked for turkey. I don’t know how she thought I said “turhamken.” I told her again I wanted turkey, but she wasn’t even listening anymore. She was too busy on her phone. Every time I stuttered, I noticed she laughed, and that honestly broke me a little. I could feel myself wanting to cry. My breathing started picking up, and I just wanted to get out of there.
When she finished ringing me up, she went right back to her phone. I walked out the door but then realized she didn’t put any napkins in my bag, so I turned back. And that’s when I heard her say to someone, “some retarded was in here,” followed by something I can’t even bring myself to write. Just hearing her say that about me made my anxiety get even worse. I’m 25. I have disabilities. And if that’s how she treats disabled people, then she shouldn’t be working with the public at all.
I walked out feeling small, embarrassed, and hurt—all because I wanted a simple sandwich. I would be talking to health department about the machine and I would be writing a email to the owner a friend of mine no him in use to go school with him if u dont put a leash on that woman selene or serene whatever it is
Worst HEDGE FUND owned business
They started a new promo, so they eliminated all my points. I can't wait for the day SUBWAY fails miserably. I know people will lose jobs, and I feel bad. The hedge fund that purchased SUBWAY sucks. All they care about is bottom line. The food is ultra processed, and additives that are not safe to your body. The only thing SUBWAY is safe to is your toilet. 2 companies that are abusing the consumer is SUBWAY, and DOMINOS. Hopefully these 2 fade away like the old K-MART.
