Appaling customer service

I bought a pair of cute boots for my daughter from this company, however they have arrived defective - the left boot has something wrong with its lining inside and it's like a hard area that sticks out towards her toes and rubs. They won't exchange it, as we initially had to make an exchange to get the correct size. They will only offer a refund, which incurs a £5 charge. I originally paid £4.29 for the shipping, so if I now do a refund, that will be a total expense of £9.29 but NO boots - absolute waste of time and money. I would not recommend this online store to anyone.
