Absolutely amazing customer service! My stubby 18650 dna60c had lost a magnet to hold on the front panel, will was brilliant, tracked down some magnets from the manufacturer, got them sent to him, then shipped me some out tracked, all within a few weeks! Definitely recommend.

I'm a long time user of a AIO STUBBY (a fantastic machine), works like a charm. I recently had a little trouble with it (shorter battery life), I contacted the customer support (Will) and had just the quickest, nicest experience, and problem solved of course. They even had extra parts just in case, so thoughtful !
I very highly recommend !

I have both the Stubby, and the Stubby 21 X-Ray. Love them both. About 9 months ago, my Stubby screen randomly decided it didn't want to work any more. It was around 10 months old at that point... I contacted support, told them what happened and they had a new board out to me very fast. Problem solved.

A few weeks ago, my 21 X-Ray completely died. Suspecting the board again, I reached out and they sent a replacement. However, still no joy. So, I sent the mod in, where they discovered I'd managed to get liquid into the battery contacts somehow!? They also fitted another board.

The device is well-used and pocket worn; it also has a small amount of gravel rash. However, when repairing my mod they'd accidentally created another zone free of anodization. Despite the general condition of the mod, they still sent me another Stubby tank by way of an apology!

The staff are always friendly (shout out to Will), the products are fantastic and the support is absolutely A1.

It's always worth spending the extra for a Suicide Mods product - they've made a huge fan out of me.

Had a problem with one of the products, contacted the company and received a prompt response asking for a short video outlining the problem.

I recorded and sent off the video clip which was acknowledged quickly and I was sent replacement parts very quickly.

Problems occur with products from time to time, how the company deals with the enquiry is the important factor, for me anyway.

My problem was dealt with quickly, efficiently and I'm delighted with the service I received from Suicide Mods.

Amazing service would highly recommend the company .I had a warranty issue with my tank and the company dealt with the issue with fast communication and sent replacement parts out to fix the issue .

Suicide Mods are our all time fave vape based product supplier, they produce innovative high-end products, at affordable reasonable prices, it doesn't matter if you are buying a mod, boro device rta,rba,rda, you are guaranteed to be able to customise it straight out of the box, and I love that they are open to allowing modders to provide after market 3rd party customised items for their products.

Our first suicide mods purchase was the original Ether rta tank, which arrived with three diff coloured glass sections, 2 airflow reducer plugs and a chimney adapter, which was needed to use the extension glass pack, which again came with 3 diff coloured glass sections, extending the capacity to 4ml, no unsightly bubble glass. These rta's were a revolution of their time, nice to have atomizers that are mtl, even with straight 26awg kanthal, and flat wire the flavour is unrivaled, and they are simple, reliable no fuss atomisers. Super easy build, wick and maintenance atomisers, we prefer them over our original RoseV3, Kayfun and taifuns. We loved the Ether rta's so much that we have 5 between the two of us, and they are still our daily drivers when not using aio/boro devices.

When the Ether boro rba's were released it was a no brainer for us to buy those, again they were so reasonably priced, and you get all of the extra's and such a wide selection of colours to choose from, there was something for everyone. Once you get your build dialed in these too provided excellent flavour, and were no fuss.

Last month we purchased the new Ether boro v2 rba's, love that they have included two chimney base sections to make them more versatile, wick for subhom larger coils or mtl, the tank section its self has a few features that stand out also, silicone around the positive pin to help contain condensation etc, the sliding airflow adjuster, and the fill ports being on the front and the side is great, as we can fill our Fob aio without having to remove the front screen. I drop the coil down low, so its as close to the airflow pin as possible, and again you get flavour for days... These have quickly became our fave boro bridges, I love my gold Ether v2, inside my gold Tallboy, with my purple stubby xray 21700 it looks great, utilises all of the space inside the xray, I just need to find a gold drip tip now 😂

We also have a couple of stubby 21700's our faves being the Xray, Such a solid lovely looking device, which came with the huge over 8ml capacity stubby RDTA, again another great atomizer for flavour, and a super easy build, no leaks and no condensation at all, we bought the mtl conversion kits for these again mine is in gold which looks fab against the purple device

We really can not rate suicide mods high enough, we look forward to what gifts the create for us in the future, and thank them for making their products affordable.

Brought a stubby x 21 and love it but have had a couple of issues once with the chipset and once with battery but with a couple of emails suicide mods sorted it out and sent out replacement parts within a couple of days. Customer service was very helpful and very qwic on getting back to me and sorting the issues out. Brilliant customer service and company.

Great company, I recently bought the Stubby X-Ray 21700. It's a beautiful bit of kit, Solid & Sturdy, Well made with a feeling of longevity,The stubby RBA is dynamite, easy build deck, loads of liquid space, Looks great I'm all in.

Though one thing annoys me & it's the saving the planet non-sense with being able to change the PCB board it would be nice to see the PCB in stock but I check every few days & it's never there without any update with an ETA. I could definitely see me using the Stubby in ten years it's an awesome idea but poorly executed.

I do love the mod, I do love the accessories but I wish the PCB was easier to get hold of. In any case the Stubby 21 is an incredible device & I love it but how long it lasts well we'll wait & see.

Terrible company. Their Abyss AIO is plagued with issues, not least of which is juice leaking into the mod and frying the chipset which is dangerous. The mod has a 66% fail rate. They promised to put it right for everyone, but then either ignore messages or make it as hard as possible with ridiculous demands
