Inexistent customer service - ZERO EMPATHY

Horrible customer service - much worse than robotic chatbots.

They just keep responding with same old cut and paste rather than listening.

Had purchased items through holiday which were delayed and delivered while being out of country. Now as i was late for returns by 3 days. They made me keep the clothes that do not fit.

Stay well clear

Ordered shoes online,they came in a tatty box.The left shoe had a crease,plus other marks,between the pair.Sent them photos,got an e-mail giving me a refund of £4.95p,which is basically the cost of the postage I paid.There was no word about exchange,full refund or anything.Wish I had read the comments on here before I purchased,I certainly won't be dealing with this company again.

Placed order on website was due to be delivered this week.

Tracking shows delivered to house with black door grey walls. Neither my house or neighbours have black door emailed suit direct.

No reply completely ignored probably contact my bank tomorrow.

Cameras show no one came near my house. Just delivered to wrong address now I can’t get any help.

No numbers to call emails ignored.

There a joke basic customer service no point calling there stores they can’t help you apart from offer discount to buy another suit why would I spend more money with these idiots.

Great suits

Great suits. I bought 2 in the sale. Prices were fantastic and the fit is perfect. I bought 42R jacket and 36R trouser - they are true to size of my other suits. Delivered quickly.

Sold me an item they didn't have and sat on it

Purchased a suit jacket from them in the sales. They took payment, confirmed the order, then... nothing.

Chased them a week later to be told that the item was no longer in stock and they would refund. Customer support was polite. Now the item is out of stock everywhere and I can't find a replacement in my size (it wasn't at the time I purchased it -- it was on sale from several retailers at good prices).

Not having the item in stock is acceptable -- but it's on the retailer to contact the customer and inform them in a timely manner. Customers don't magically know that the retailer messed up their listings.

Exceptional service – above and beyond!

I had a fantastic experience at Suit Direct, thanks to Martin and Akanksha. I had selected a suit online, and they went the extra mile by pulling the exact suit I chose from another store to make sure it fit my size perfectly.

Stratford store – excellent experience

Took my son to the store in Westfield. The man serving him was called Rubeil. He was excellent. So helpful. Helped my son find a very good three-piece suit, shirt, shoes, belt and smart overcoat. The sale prices were fantastic. Rubeil didn't seem to be trying to sell us the most expensive things, and really helped my son get well kitted out for an upcoming event we were shopping for. He was polite and friendly, but not at all in-your-face. Next time we need a suit, we are heading straight there. My son is a larger size – 3 or 4xl, depending on the brand. John Lewis, where we looked first, didn't even stock his size in suits. Glad Suit Direct had a choice for him.

Exeter store Sunday staff

Exeter store Sunday staff are rude and patronising. She was belittling when my husband said the trousers were too big and he needed the size down. Limited stock, no short sizes available in trousers or jacket. Called the Plymouth store to enquire if they had the trousers we needed and he was much more professional and friendly.

Perfect Wedding suit experience

I went into the Kingston store to find a suit for my wedding, and was quickly greeted by Martin, who in all honestly couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. He was so attentive and went above and beyond to help me get matching suits for my groomsmen, and not only that, he then offered great advice, as to how, to get a suit made for my 2 year old son.
Martins knowledge on sizing, styling and fit, was great, and I couldn’t have picked a suit without the help from him.
Suits Direct are very lucky to have him as an employee at Suit Direct

Don't order anything online unless you want a load of stress

I ordered a two piece suit but when it arrived the jacket was too small,there was no returns label in with the suit, I am severely disabled so can not take it into a shop, I also have no printer to print off my own label,the parcel returns shop nearest to me has no printer either,the email address I was given for customer services doesn't exist,the suit is needed asap for a family wedding.

A lot of mis-selling and terrible customer service

I bought a 3-piece suit that was advertised across their store in Westfield Stratford at £129.00 in the sales last week, but when I went to pay, they said the waistcoat was an extra £44.00. I disputed this and showed them that all those suits in that section all were 3 piece with waisdcoats and all were advertised at the same discoutned price. No where did it say, '2-piece only' or 'does not include waistcoat'. The shop assistant just said, if you are not paying for it, you won't get it, and then charge me £129.00 just for the 2-piece, which I was very angry about. They did nothing to rectify it in store and nothing when I complained to their head office customer service who just said go back to the store and argue it out with them. Woeful and hugely embarrassing and disappointing as the suit was for my wedding and I had to have a 3-piece.

Great help from Max at Suit Direct, Southampton

Visited Suit Direct at West Quay, Southampton. Served by Max who was very helpful and gave some good friendly advice.

He was able to help with choosing a tuxedo for a black tie event, not being my first one, he helped with selecting one different from my other two in cut and style.

Excellent Shopping Experience

I would like to leave a very positive review regarding my shopping experience today at Dalton Park Retail Centre.

I was purchasing a new suit and was served by a lady who was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout. She guided me through the options with ease, offered honest advice, and helped me make the right decision without any pressure or hassle at all.

It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and an absolute pleasure to shop there. I will most definitely be returning to the store in the future and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company, forked out £100 on a suit they sent the wrong items, and bits missing, had to buys another, Wong items again. It’s are sent in a cardboard box only to be left on your doorstep for hours by EVRI
