I ordered shoes on 6 December for an important family wedding. The order NEVER ARRIVED.
What makes this worse is the misleading and contradictory communication. Evri repeatedly emailed saying the parcel was “delayed” and still coming, while Suit Direct later claimed there was an address issue and returned the parcel without clearly informing me. I was completely misled and left waiting.
Because of their failure, I had NO SHOES FOR THE WEDDING, no time to replace them, and a lot of unnecessary stress and embarrassment. This was entirely avoidable with honest communication.
A refund was only issued after chasing, and no compensation or meaningful apology was offered. That says everything about how this company treats customers.
Unreliable, poorly managed, and careless customer service. If you’re ordering for any important event, DO NOT RISK IT. I will never order from Suit Direct again.

Incredible service from Steven at Cheshire oaks store. Made the whole experience very pleasant and I bought the whole 3 piece suit and accessories. Great quality suit and great quality service . Thank you
Exceptional Service at Suit Direct
I went into Suit Direct in Kingston in order to get a suit for a funeral. I initially picked the first black suit I saw, however, I was assisted almost immediately by Martin — who informed me that due to the Black Friday sales for only five pound extra I could have a designer suit. Needless to say, amazing and helpful staff, very good experience. Martin also informed me of the exchange/returns policy which was very helpful.
Fantastic service at the Bluewater shop
Just visited the Bluewater shop and Dillon was fantastic. As someone who had no clue what they were after size wise or style, Dillon was extremely helpful and was patient with me allowing me to feel comfortable. Although the suit I wanted wasn't in store, I ordered one immediately with Dillons help.
Would highly recommend.

I ordered a jacket from here online at £149.99 to find the day after it was half price at £74.99 when I contacted suit direct online through there portal because you can't phone them with online orders I have asked for the difference back in price as I haven't even received my order yet to be told I will have to return and reorder to get it at that price. This is not going to be happening and suit direct will be getting there item back and iam not reordering absolutely disgusting service.
Outstanding Customer service
Went into Cribs Causeway store. Typical 60+ bloke didnt have a clue what I wanted. Was going for my normal dark grey, white shirt, grey tie. However was taken under the wing of a fantastic lady called Wisky (thats the name she gave !). After she had finished with me I had a light grey suit, black shirt and copper tie. Looked amazing and a combo I would never have gone for. The advice and customer care she gave was extraordinary and virtually non existant these days. If there is a definition of great customer service then this is it. To the directors of the business you need to look after this lady as she is a fantastic advertisment for you. WELL DONE I WILL BE BACK PURELY ON THE SERVICE SHE GAVE
Go see Abs
Went to the Birmingham branch and was served by a gentleman called Abs. The trip wasn't fruitful but it wasn't for the lack of trying on Abs part. His customer service was outstanding. He simply couldn't do enough to help me he was 1st class
Poor quality suits
Unfortunately our son’s suit (limehaus) lasted less than 18 wears over 5 months before becoming heavily piled. Material was of poor quality. Unfortunately the store said that this wasn’t an issue in their opinion and refused to remedy the situation. The manager thought it perfectly reasonable that the suit would last less than 18 wears. Total of £270 spent on suit plus 3 trousers- recommend to take your business elsewhere.
We took our son to Moss Bros in the same shopping center, yes it was about double the cost but the suit was far superior and showing zero signs of wear after 40+ uses.
A tailored Dalston Taupe Donegal Suit in long cut.
I visited my local store first to view and try on the suit. I knew before hand that, whilst I needed a long fitting, the store only had a regular size. However, I could at least try the regular to check out the chest and waist fitting was OK. The gentleman at the store was very helpful and understood I would have to order online.
I ordered on line, a pleasure as the web site is very user friendly.
The suit arrived in the time that was specified for delivery.
The suit, a tailored Dalston Taupe Donegal, fitted perfectly. It felt very comfortable and light and a first for me buying a waist coat.
More to the point, I received a big thumbs up from my wife .
So overall, great service and help from the local store, Plymouth. First class user friendly web site and excellent quality suit.

On the 18th of October, my fiancè and I went to collect my wedding suit.
I was served by Ollie.
I just wanted to highlight that I only write good reviews or none at all.
Ollie deserves 5 stars. Were it not for him, I would have walked out with the wrong-sized trousers, a jacket with a loose seam, and a pair of shoes that were not right for the style.
Ollie was meticulous, kind, patient, and professional.
He is a great asset to the team at the Cheshire Oaks branch.
I hope this message gets to him, as even the smallest thing—such as a kind comment—can go a long way.

Southampton, great guy Leyton
I rang on Saturday, spoke to Leyton in southa.pton who said I didn't need an appointment. So roll on Sunday 11am, first in shop, spoke to Leyton, who helped me with sizes and advice. What a credit to your company he is. So easy and happy to deal with and listen. My only gripe, was no short fit jackets. So have to goto a tailor. But over all fantastic. Nice quality suit I have for my wedding.
Suit Direct Newcastle
Suit Direct Newcastle - Louise was so helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me choose a suitable 2 piece suit and although the colour I wanted wasn’t available in store in my size, provided an equivalent for me to try on there and then. Shirt, tie, shoes- all sorted on the day. Louise gave me a voucher for free trouser length adjustment but it won’t be needed. Suit arrived by courier to my home next day. Fits beautifully. Thank you.

Went to the bluewater store
Went to the bluewater store, service was shocking. I got help from one of the store people. However, I didn’t even get a hello or anything. Just got weird faces and sometimes no eye contact. After trying on my suit no one asked me if it was the right fit. Shocking. I had to leave
DO NOT USE - DIS HONEST
Their returns portal does not work, and you have to contact customer service. Who are unprofessional and do bear the basics in dealing with your query. It feels like you have to apologise.
I returned 4 items, but they came back with a partial refund, and I had only returned 3. That was a lie, and they refused to detail why. I had proof of the return.
The process was long-winded and they lied about the returns made to keep some of the funds
Lost goods and no response
Paid for next day delivery but my parcel didn’t arrive. Contacted both Suit Direct and EVRi after 24 hours to see what was happening. To their credit, EVRi replied to say that the order may be lost and they would initiate a search, but I am still to hear back from EVRi.
It’s now 6 days since I placed my order and I haven’t received any response yet from Suit Direct despite sending an email and a web message, which I think is pretty poor customer service for lost goods (especially if the customer paid for next day delivery).

Shop initially refused to take responsibility for a lost parcel and made it very difficult to get a refund.

Ordered 2 suits, trousers weren’t the right size,had the right labels but when I measured them they were smaller,after paying for delivery and then ordering a suit bag which they wouldn’t refund a complete waste of time and money,did get the suits refunded finally but I’m out of pocket with this company.

I had an excellent experience at Suit Direct in Newcastle thanks to Louise. From start to finish she made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Her customer service was second to none – very friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive.
She gave me spot-on advice about how the suit should look for a wedding I was attending, including which colours and contrasts would work best together. Louise also suggested some adjustments that I went ahead with, and I couldn’t be happier, the fit is absolutely perfect and worth every penny.
It’s rare to come across someone so knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Louise really went the extra mile to make sure I left feeling confident and well-dressed. I’d highly recommend asking for her if you’re looking for outstanding service and expert style advice.
Still no suit two weeks after ordering.
The store in Birmingham was fantastic but they didn’t have the size I needed in stock for the suit I liked. I ordered the suit in store to be delivered within 2-3 days. The suit shows it was handed to Evri who have now had it over 2 weeks and it still says it’s at the depot. Customer service at Evri and suits direct has been poor so I’m nearly 200 pounds of pocket with no suit to show for it. My first purchase from this company and now very likely to be my last as this experience has soured things for me severely.
Good news! After many calls the suit finally arrived for me to collect.
Bad news….it looked like it had been kicked across a few football fields -!; unsurprisingly the contents reflected it. To add insult to injury the quality of the stitching and assembly was incredibly poor and made it closer to primark in terms of quality. For the price I expect much much better. It was nothing like the one I tried in store.
