I finally got my funds refunded by my bank after 2 months of investigation. I’m so happy that I proved that suits&tutu are a total fraud . I can see that they are still using fake emails to write up good reviews. This company as thought me a valuable lesson, and that is to read reviews before any online purchases .

The quality of the dresses was very nice and the fit was flattering.

This Dress has its own wow Factor. I purchased the Molly Red Tutu Dress for an event, my outfit was the standout dress of the night. Had so many compliments the whole night, lucky me! If your looking for the Wow factor this is the place to shop.

No one responds to your email about the returns. And the returns link in their website doesn’t work. Don’t buy anything from this business. Worst experience and still couldn’t return my item. Never recommend to anyone.

Follow up on a recent review. The owner, Fiona, called me after I wrote my last review. She said that she would let me know the following day regarding delivery updates. That did not happen. She keeps deleting my messages on her social media and also writes her own positive reviews on here. All the negative reviews are from people who did not have a positive experience with the company. All the positive reviews are from Fiona herself or someone else who writes it for her. I'm going to keep shaming her until I get my dress or a refund. Have also reported her

I brought a few items from this shop. I must admit, I was concerned after reading some reviews.
However the items have all arrived and I've been like a kid in a candy shop. So excited about my purchases. Custom made item can take longer and I waited 2-3 weeks to received a custom made suit. Absolutely beautiful and worth the wait. Definitely, my favourite place to shop for suits and accasionwears.

My suit never arrived, no updates via email. I had to DM the company and they promised me that it will be delivered, but still did not deliver. However, they did refund me my money.

I ordered a 3 Piece Suit from this store for my Daughters Christening. Amazing Quality, totally blown away by the style and detail. Will definitely recommend this store.

Same experience as of other reviewers - ordered in December. They obviously took the money immediately but wouldn't dispatch my order. Weeks later I e-mailed them to say this is taking an unreasonable amount of time, considering they are based in London and so am I, it will be far too late should I ever receive it, so please do not send it but cancel the order and refund me. What do they do? Send it! So they do read the emails. When I received it, as it was too late, I requested a return approval, which was granted and sent the item back the next day. I have not heard back from them. I emailed, I used a 'contact us form', I called. A woman returned my call eventually, completely confusing me with someone else, saying the order number didn't exist (well, it is in my confirmation email!), blaming her slow system because of "where she is", and that she would "sort it out" and call me back. Never happened. I called again, surprise surprise, no answer. Do not order from them, they seem dodgy

my partner ordered a dress from their website, we never received the dress, I rang and spoke to a women who said my order had not been fulfilled and she would call me back. I never got a call back. Then I done an online chat to which I was told my order has not been fulfilled and she would see what is going on. I then asked that I have a refund as I haven't recieved the dress and they have not sent the dress.

I placed an order back on the 8th November, however in December it turned out that it would not arrive on time, so order was cancelled. However despite numerous emails and even a conversation with them in December, where they said that they will process a full refund. we are still waiting for the refund to appear.
