Absolutely horrific customer service I bought 2 items from them around May 15th one of which being the Mayday Parade Faceless comic Pre-order.

This item was supposed to be shipped May 27th but was delayed to July 27th and so far I have not received an update and have emailed them multiple times with no real concrete reasoning or response I've heard from other people that they had been emailing them for months with no response or actually getting a response but it being some outrageous reason like a new warehouse, a person who runs things dying etc

This company constantly moves the goalpost and lies to their customers never buy from them and save the time and money spent waiting they WILL NOT respond to your emails if you show any form of dissatisfaction and will hold your items hostage for months.

I purchased a digital comic from the company and assumed I would receive a PDF/CBR/CBZ file for download that I could put on my iPad comic reader. That was not the case. I did not receive an actual download. I can only view my comic on their website, and I couldn’t even get the interface to load on my iPhone. I didn’t see anything on the website that explained their digital comic policy. When I reached out to customer service, I received a generic email saying it’s to protect from piracy. I then asked for a refund and was told that it wasn’t possible. This was my first and last purchase from them.

I have been reaching out to them for a whole month to get my order and they are just plain horrible. They refuse to answer emails or reach back out to you to follow up. I have emailed them at all available emails and sent them messages on social media. Still get no response. All I wanted was my order, I never received.

Avoid Sumerian Comics at ALL costs. Absolutely ABYSMAL. Customer service is terrible to the point where if you express any level of dissatisfaction they simply stop replying to you. Order nearing two months of being unfulfilled. Cant get a response or reply or any actual information as to when it will ship (if it ever will) and they keep constantly moving goal posts and coming up with random excuses when they DID reply. Stuck in limbo now. Was charged an extreme amount of shipping in the first place, item was expensive, and now there's just nothin'. The most up to date information I am finding is on Twitter, in sparse replies to others looking for information and none of it seems to be actually true, and seems to suffer from moving goal posts again. (Things like, 'this will be shipped by monday' and then a later reply to the same person saying 'give it a few extra days', 'if it goes monday' 'maybe longer' etc!)
