I have used them twice and I got the same excellent service both times regardless of the size of the job. Highly recommended.

Excellent from start to finish. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Took time to listen to our unusual request of putting a dog flap in our french doors. No problem at all! Sorted this for us and a fabulous new UPVC front door. Excellent communication, price and service. Neat work and cleaned up everywhere on completion of work. Cannot recommend enough!

can’t recommend these guys enough! john & john came out so quickly! i was worrying about issues with my door & they came to look over it. accommodated me as quickly as possible! the communication was great too. checked over the door, done a fix without my even asking & made sure they spoke me through everything! (dumbed it all down for me) 😂👏🏼 i’m getting a new door & might get more work done from these guys in my new home next year! already recommending them to family!👏🏼 top service and highly recommend ☺️ xx

Our experience with this company was excellent from start to finish.
We called after enduring a visit from Clydebuilt Windows, who gave a really, really hard sell and a really over inflated cost for 3 windows. A colleague recommended calling Summerfield and we’re so glad we did!
John Snr was genuine, honest and quick. He was happy to provide an email estimate with a ball park figure before arranging to visit and measure the windows for a quote. When he and Craig arrived, there was zero pressure, zero sales or deals, or deadlines.. just straightforward honesty. Like a breath of fresh air 😂
The two Craigs turned up when they said they would, fitted the windows promptly and tidied up after themselves.
Then the two Johns followed up with a quick visit to check in that we were happy.
Can’t recommend Summerfield Windows & Doors enough. We will definitely use them again when it’s time to renew the downstairs windows.

Beautiful windows! They make a real difference to my home. It’s now feeling nice and cosy. They have already been much admired. From initial contact with John snr everything went smoothly.He gave us a couple of options for front & back doors and we decided to replace front window too,after reading reviews we were more than happy to proceed.

Had my new front door fitted today. From start to finish everything went as planned. John senior came and took measurements and left me a catalogue to chose my door. Then John junior sent me a quote. At no point did either Johns pressure me with heavy sales. I knew they were good as my friend had recommended them to me. Once door was ordered I got my installation date. I am very happy with my lovely new door. The two Craig's did the installation on time and were very tidy. They put my alarm back on door and repositioned my ring door bell. Nothing is a problem. My two daughters are also getting new doors and we are all very happy and would recommend Summerfield Windows & Doors.

Both John senior and junior who own this operation are neighbours of mine so I have known them for some time.They know this business inside out and their customer relation skills are second to none.
Their installers are excellent at their work,tidy,well mannered and take pride in giving all round customer satisfaction.The whole process from quotation to completion of installation went absolutely perfect and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

I would highly recommend Summerfield Doors and Windows. They were recommended to me by a friend and they didn't disappoint. From start to finish, the service provided was excellent. John Snr discussed all the different options available, which was very informative. John Jnr provided several quotes until I decided what I wanted. Nothing was too much hassle for them. The communication at every stage of the process was excellent. The installation went well. Craig done an amazing job. Worked extremely hard and never took any breaks. They done a brilliant job of tidying up. I am very happy with my new windows and doors.

Can’t recommend this company highly enough. The whole process from start to finish was conducted in to a professional standard. John came out to give us an estimate, there was no pressure to choose them but he was very friendly and knowledgeable. The 2 fitters were also friendly and knowledgable. As I work from home, they installed the windows with no disruption to me, planning the installations at times that suited me. They were respectful of me working by keeping the noise to a minimum and tidied up after themselves, even hoovering the rooms and stairs. John and his dad came out today to check the work and make sure we were happy. What value for money without breaking the bank.

We recently had our windows and doors replaced with Summerfield. From my initial enquiry John got in touch, promptly arranging a visit to give me a quote. He gave great advice and didn’t try to push the most expensive options on us. The price was cheaper than other quotes we had but the quality is still great. The fitters were really hardworking and polite and finished on time. Not long after installation I spotted a couple of snags so got in touch with John who again very promptly and efficiently dealt with them. I would definitely recommend this local, family owned business.
