Had my new front door fitted today. From start to finish everything went as planned. John senior came and took measurements and left me a catalogue to chose my door. Then John junior sent me a quote. At no point did either Johns pressure me with heavy sales. I knew they were good as my friend had recommended them to me. Once door was ordered I got my installation date. I am very happy with my lovely new door. The two Craig's did the installation on time and were very tidy. They put my alarm back on door and repositioned my ring door bell. Nothing is a problem. My two daughters are also getting new doors and we are all very happy and would recommend Summerfield Windows & Doors.

Both John senior and junior who own this operation are neighbours of mine so I have known them for some time.They know this business inside out and their customer relation skills are second to none.
Their installers are excellent at their work,tidy,well mannered and take pride in giving all round customer satisfaction.The whole process from quotation to completion of installation went absolutely perfect and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

The installation went really smoothly and the finished door and window is fantastic.

I would highly recommend Summerfield Doors and Windows. They were recommended to me by a friend and they didn't disappoint. From start to finish, the service provided was excellent. John Snr discussed all the different options available, which was very informative. John Jnr provided several quotes until I decided what I wanted. Nothing was too much hassle for them. The communication at every stage of the process was excellent. The installation went well. Craig done an amazing job. Worked extremely hard and never took any breaks. They done a brilliant job of tidying up. I am very happy with my new windows and doors.

Can’t recommend this company highly enough. The whole process from start to finish was conducted in to a professional standard. John came out to give us an estimate, there was no pressure to choose them but he was very friendly and knowledgeable. The 2 fitters were also friendly and knowledgable. As I work from home, they installed the windows with no disruption to me, planning the installations at times that suited me. They were respectful of me working by keeping the noise to a minimum and tidied up after themselves, even hoovering the rooms and stairs. John and his dad came out today to check the work and make sure we were happy. What value for money without breaking the bank.

We recently had our windows and doors replaced with Summerfield. From my initial enquiry John got in touch, promptly arranging a visit to give me a quote. He gave great advice and didn’t try to push the most expensive options on us. The price was cheaper than other quotes we had but the quality is still great. The fitters were really hardworking and polite and finished on time. Not long after installation I spotted a couple of snags so got in touch with John who again very promptly and efficiently dealt with them. I would definitely recommend this local, family owned business.

Cant recommend Summerfield Windows and doors,enough,Craig and Craig,made a great job of our windows,despite the awful weather ,they had to contend,with this week.They were hard working,professional and finished the job well.Great service from all involved,house looks ,great.

Just had our old front porch done with windows, new door, roof and shiplack surround. The change is amazing! We went with John and the crew because they are a family local business. They listened to what we wanted and advised us. They were very friendly, and had a good vibe. The work was done to an excellent standard and Craig worked very hard at the installation and hardly took a break. They also took away all the debris for us. They did a final check to make sure we were happy - we are delighted. We will certainly use them again and recommend them to our friends.

Really fast and efficient service, couldn’t have been easier to get a quote and get a really affordable set of options to proceed and fitting / install / aftercare all been top class. Will definitely be using in the future again

A really positive experience from start to finish. Both Johns have excellent people skills and make the whole process much easier for everyone. They listened so well to us and it really mattered to them that our windows and doors were installed to the highest standards. Craig who carried out most of the work was friendly and accommodating and made sure everything was finished as we needed it done. We'd recommend Summerfield Windows and doors without hesitation. Right from the "get go " the process was easy. The two John's were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their products. There was no hard sell and no fuss . An extensive range of windows and doors to choose from in all the latest styles and colours too. The whole team were consummate professionals from start to finish . The quality of Craig & Gary's work was excellent and so tidy you'd never had known that we'd had workmen in our house. Our 14yr old son has ASD and upheaval and change can be distressing if his routine is disrupted,but the guys were absolutely fantastic with him, so friendly, kind and understanding. And instantly got his seal of approval too. We absolutely love the new look ,it's transformed our house no end giving it a new lease of life! First Class Job guys! Guys started when said bar a few issues with plaster round windows but whole house is like that so nothing to do with the guys thanks 👍

Very happy with new front door. Fantastic service and superb quality assurance.

Just had our windows, front door and patio doors fitted by Summerfield Windows & Doors. They made the process so much easier than I expected! There was no hard sell, just a chat to see what we wanted and a couple of recommendations around what would work best. The two Johns measured up and sent a detailed quote within 24hrs of their visit. Once we agreed to go ahead, Craig came out to double check the measurements before ordering. Craig and Gary worked non stop to get everything done and what a great job they did! We had one tiny glitch in that the manufacturer had missed out a handle from the order, but this was sorted out the next working day by John and they came straight out to fit it.
We are so glad we went with this local company as they provided us with a quality product and fantastic customer service at a decent price! I've already recommended them to a few friends.

Recently had Summerfield windows out to do some repair work on my front door following some damage. The service was fantastic, with excellent communication throughout the process and the standard of workmanship was beyond reproach.
