Purchased a couple of items online and…

Purchased a couple of items online and unfortunately they were not as I expected so sent back for refund. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. This applies to sale items as well, giving you the right to a refund without needing to provide a reason. This company don’t follow these regulations so no refund will be issued. I definitely wouldn’t recommend using them and I know I wouldn’t have used them if I had known this beforehand.
