I have had a summit office chair at home for the last ten years. I needed a new one, and the whole process of choosing ordering and delivering was painless. My new chair is great, and I hope to get as many years use out of it as I did the old one.

Very helpful when we asked a couple of points before purchase. Delivery was swift and the delivery driver very nice. Chairs are excellent, really comfortable and nicely adjustable.

Comfortable chair which is helping my dodgy back. It did come in a big cardboard box though - contrary to some other reviews.

Excellent chair. Looking at the prices I thought it seemed quite expensive, but I was prepared to pay more for a chair made in the UK. I have had it a week: it’s very comfortable and offers versatile support. I paid extra for the Harris tweed and I’m glad I did. The service was ok but it could be more responsive: I wasn’t given an indication of a possible delivery date window at point of purchase, and then by oversight wasn’t informed of the actual date, so it arrived while I was out of the country and was left outside in my porch. Otherwise very good.

Brilliant chair. However, after unpacking it, and carrying it to my study, I started adjusting height, back rest, and arms. Then I sat on it. One of the plastic castors broke. I telephoned and was promised a new castor. 6 days later I am still waiting.

I am a small person (5 foot) and have constantly battled to get a good office chair that does not give me back/neck/shoulder ache as I spend a huge amount of time on computers. I went for the Sensit chair and already, 3 days later, I can feel the benefits in terms of reduction in pain and stiffness. The chairs are excellent quality for a reasonable price. It is the first time, ever, I have been able to adjust a chair so that I can sit with my feet comfortably on the floor rather than with a footstool.

One small quibble was there was not much communication as to when the delivery would happen but my email query regarding this was returned very quickly and delivery was exactly when they said it would be.

Good quality ergonomic chair, delivered timely and ready to use. Abit pricey but worth the extra for comfort and quality. love the wide arms and ability to raise/lower then to personal needs.

My sons study (gaming 😉) chair has really improved his posture, he also finds it really comfortable.

It's taken a few days to get used to but it's really extremely comfortable.

I chose to buy a new office chair from Summitathome because of an offer I saw in the Guardian newspaper for £50 off, and because the chair would arrive fully assembled. Delivery was on time and the only packaging was a sheet of plastic that was easily removed (no huge cardboard box to recycle). The instructions for adjusting the chair were simple and clear. The chair is comfortable and supportive as well as being good value for money.

Lovely people on the phone and a great delivery driver

From first contact with the company through to receiving my chair I was really pleased with the whole process.

I had previously been badly let down by one of the big internet office furniture suppliers.
As luck would have it a simple advert in my Sunday newspaper led me to Summit At Home.
Their products are made in the UK and being fairly local to the factory I was able to visit the showroom and try the different options.
I subsequently placed my order.
The chair arrived a week later, delivered, in perfect condition, by one of the company's own drivers ; no careless courier throwing stuff around in the back of a van !

On top of it all the product comes with a five year guarantee.

A great product, nicely finished and very comfortable. The buying experience was good right up to the delivery part, I was given a delivery time of 10:00-12:00 but the driver turned up at 08:15 when I was in the shower.
