Excellent game shop with great prices. Both employees I had contact with were very kind and helpful. They also keep their stock up to date and offer nice discounts on lightly damaged items. They were also very quick to answer my questions for my order through Instagram. Unfortunately, their website is not great and that might prevent new customers from trying this shop.

Ik heb over de afgelopen 4 jaar 19 bestellingen gedaan voor dungeons and dragons mini's. Hierbij was het bestel process en de levering van producten altijd heel prettig. Helaas hebben ze niet altijd de nieuwste producten van "icons of the realms", maar buiten dat een hele goede webshop.
I have done 19 orders for dungeons and dragons mini's over the past 4 years. The order process and delivery was always nice. Sadly they don't always have the newest products of "icons of the realms", but aside from that it is a very good webshop.
Ordered here for a decade off and on.

Items were once not in stock and I got a call to find a replacement.
So, i was trying to get this exclusive item for a board game ive searched for. Seems that some of the only ones left, was here at summoners. I was a bit sceptical at first, as they are based in the Netherlands and i live in Denmark. They also use PostNL which I know is one of the most worst services in Europe.
BUT! I trusted them, and boy did they meet my trust with kindness. Also issues regarding the posting service was taken care of, they made sure I felt safe throughout the whole thing.
I received my package without trouble. Besides PostNL only delivers for Denmark’s own service to hand it to me. But Summoner was so kind and helpful. God I’m gonna use them again if need be. Don’t be afraid they will help.
