Over the years it’s got better, my reader has just packed up said to contact SumUp so I did and without question they replaced it FOC and also sent me a stand for it FOC the unit must of been over 4 years old although service can be painful and some times I’ve sorted the problem myself with the online shop application

I do love the sale part of it. It is reliable enough I would like the product screen to be more customisable not fix alphabetically. Also I cant see my employees sales in real time.

Ridiculous Company to Engage With.
From start to finish, mis-sold a contract for a POS contract that we never used and couldn't cancel. When the contract finished, despite, when asked if we wished the contract to carry on we said no, it carried on. Still haven't had confirmation that the contracts ended and feel robbed of £600 from a years contract. Avoid.
We have terrible trouble trying to get our payments transferred to our selected bank account. We follow all directions but it still comes up as transfer failed. The last amount took us a week to get our money, and been trying constantly all day with no luck to get this amount. When you need your income, its no joke.
