Utter thieves, liars don’t part with even a penny to them. Another Chinese scam site!!! I wouldn’t even give them half a star, I ordered glue for cracked mirror on the 1st December 2021. I got suspicious when they asked for me to send details of my account a second time in order to get discount and i stupidly did so thinking I would loose the money already paid the first time. I sent polite reminders for product which were ignored, then I sent less polite ones. Then I got a reply goods were on their way, total lies!!! Yet they still have the nerve and barefaced cheek to send more emails to buy their ‘goods’ and that they miss me!!! I've now blocked them!!!🤬😡🤬😡

I bought one of the wind yard ornaments because it looked amazing in the ad. When I got it, the box was damaged and so was the item. It did NOT look like the item in the ad. I am not able to see if it moves with the wind because of the damage and it is very cheaply made for the money I paid. I reached out to them and all they did was give me the address to send it back to Spain.

Don't buy anything from these scammers. I ordered a Dancing Fairy Statue Steel for Christmas, as a decoration for the garden, but I got a complete disgrace - and there is no attachment and it looks miserable, the size is not the same, small and flat metal figurines on a dandelion stem, all this looks completely different from what is described. I don't even know what to do with it now. There is no way to return this disgrace. The seller is a liar!

Bought a kinetic sculpture from this company for over $50.00 and it doesn’t even MOVE in the wind! Bait and switch doesn’t even begin to describe the crap product they send! Do not get taken by this company, oh yes another China Scam just like the clothing companies that operate out of China! Last time I get taken advantage of by you SWINDLERS!

Bought 2 Magic Metal Windmill's yard art. Bought one for a Christmas present. Was very embarrassed to give. Very cheap made, already rusting, does not work with the wind, even with very high winds it still did not work. Size is not what shows on their advertisement as well. Very misleading. Will never order anything else from this company again. Company shows no effort on returning to get your money back returning your money.

bought 2 yard fairies all the pieces were mixed together in 1 box with no directions , parts were missing and they were much smaller than i thought. E-mailed them for an address for return.They gave me an address in spain that does not exist,mailed them again sent same one.So i got screwed $65.And now the will not return my mail.STAY AWAY xxxxxx

I like a number of fellow reviewers have the same problem. Wish Sunailoom would have noted they were a company in China, I would have never touched them with a 10 foot pole having gone through this with a clothing store in china. I also bought 2 of the beautiful Garden Faries in their advertisement. My credit card was charged immediately $72 on 12-4-21, it was a Christmas gift for my mother, they did not arrive until 12-28 but what I did get was not the many pictures of faries on dandelions I saw on the web page I ordered from. BAIT AND SWITCH is what I got. I wouldn’t pay more than $5 for the two I received, no let me correct that, I wouldn’t buy this garbage if it were free! Terribly boxed up, no wrapping no packing materials and they were already falling apart in the shipping box when I got them. No number to call for customer support, only info@sunailoom and I can’t even get a response from there. Criminal that companies in China can getaway with this!

I would give a zero! I ordered 2 garden fairies and not only are they very poor quality, they are the wrong items. The company will "accept" my return at my cost. So they make a mistake and I have to pay to have it corrected? Terrible customer service and terrible product! They have a poor rating here but they obviously don't care because they are still getting orders. Such a shameful business.

False advertising and very poor quality fairy garden ornament. Looks nothing like the pictures. When I complained, asking for my money back, they said I could ship it back to Spain…therefore spending another $50 or so.
Avoid this company.

I wish I had read all the reviews before I placed my order with this company. They charged me £33 for the product that never arrived. They did not send the confirmation of purchase and are not responding to my emails. I suspect this is not a legitimate business.

Remember Wuhan China lab gave us Covid 19.Sunailoom, is a Chinese company, that hates Americans and defrauds use with every order we give them. You will never receive your product. They will tell you it’s on its way. No it’s not. You will never get your hard earned money back. If this has happened to you. Write a review.

False advertising...sounds NOTHING like advertised WHEN it actually moves ...was shipped from China wants me to return ship to Spain

I purchased the windmill. It is very small which isn’t the problem but it does absolutely nothing! It’s windy here in Florida and it just sits there! I have it next to a heavy duty windmill and while it turns constantly this one does nothing. Very disappointed as this was a gift. Took 5 weeks to get here as well. This is a rip off!

Paid £70 for two garden windmills as Christmas presents which, apparently, was half the normal price. What an absolute con. Cheap and flimsy construction which, if you saw in a shop, you wouldn’t pay £5 for. Needless to say we could not give them as presents as it would have been an insult. Sent an email complaining about the extremely poor quality and received a “sorry for the inconvenience” reply. Avoid this company like the plague. They just rip you off.

I would never use this terrible company again,
I ordered something off them in early November, still not received it late December, there is no details of it on the tracking device, I have told them I now want my money back but all they say is the order is on the way,
I don’t believe it has even been sent out

I would kick myself...why I did not read these first. Well I do not recommend this e-shop! I ordered the fairy and the dandelion - a big disappointment! Big fake.

I honestly don’t understand how people order from companies like these. When the price seems too good to be true, it normally is. These structural pieces of art look amazing on line. $50? That doesn’t even cover the cost of metal/building materials it takes to build one of those. Also, for those surprised at the sizes, there is a description with the measurements on each piece. I’ve been burned one too many times to trust anything that seems too good to be true. Just like the other people, I wish I would have read honest reviews first. I love this website.

I placed a order for chair covers in 23rd July 2021 in the mean time I lost my son so I had for gotten about my order.
I emailed an explained I had not received my covers an the reason for contacting them a little later. I have still not received my order.
They have lovely items to purchase but, I would not use these to order any items on line.
