Deceitful company, refuses to return
I ordered a costume from SunBabyStore on Oct 8 and paid extra for express shipping which promised the item in 4-7 business days. The item arrived on Oct 21, well after the promised delivery window and after the event that we ordered the costume for.
I contacted the seller to request a return, but the seller attempted to bribe me by offering a 10% refund to not return the item. Despite multiple requests to return, the seller refused and increase the partial refund offer to 15% and then 30%.
I have submitted a fraud claim through PayPal, which the seller is attempting to challenge. I have also shipped back the item at my expense.
The seller is incredibly deceitful and refuses to return the item which was delivered late. I am working with PayPal for a full refund of the item and shipping amount ($120 in total).
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Thankfully filed a claim with PayPal and was able to get a full refund since they hadn’t shipped yet. STAY AWAY AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company!!!
I’m completely unsatisfied
I’m completely unsatisfied, I never received my son’s costume, I placed the order in advance to receive it before Halloween and that wasn’t the case, I been emailing the customer service and they send me an incorrect phone number to contact the carrier and inform in a different language that I don’t understand, I keep emailing asking for a refund since I never received my order and they won’t respond back to me, according to their records my order was delivered and it never was, I believe this store is a scam and nobody should order from them, I’m going to report this to see if they can look into this company
SCAM COMPANY - AVOID THEM
I would give it Zero stars if I could. Ordered an item on Oct2 with express shipping in 4-7business days as I needed it for an event, and I still haven't received it. I have now been in touch with the customer support several times asking them to refund them because I no longer need it and they keep giving ignoring the problem, avoiding the request, and just giving me false delivery timings. This company is a complete SCAM - do not buy from them unless you want your money stolen.

This Chinese company needs to be closed down. They sent me the wrong size and I wanted to return them. They said I can’t. They have no customer service.They made a mistake and they don’t take care of it.It seems like they operate this company from someone’s garage in China.
Misleading timeframes and horrible customer service
Misleading timeframes, poor to almost no customer service or response. And zero accountability for failure to meet promised deadlines.i ordered a costume on October 2nd, received a shipping confirmation the next day, paid $27 for express 4-7 day shipping. After 7 days of no movement I reached to ask when to expect my order and they stated it was a popular item and had just been submitted for shipping, and to expect it within 5-10 days! That was back on October 9. I received a new tracking number on October 10th, but again the package sat for an additional 3 days not moving. I reached out and asked for a refund of my express shipping charge and they stated that since it had already been shipped they could not refund shipping!!! Even though THEIR committed timeframe was not going to be met. Skip ahead and I am still waiting to receive my order. I will be returning it ASAP. And NEVER buying from sun baby again.
Update: it is now October 29th, 19 days after my package supposedly was processed for shipment and still no item. This store did not even make their 5-10 day adjusted delivery time frame. So glad I ended up making my own costume for my daughter bc at this point she would have nothing for Halloween. I can’t wait to receive the item and return it so I can be done with this terrible company. To remind, I ordered this on October 2!!! Also for context I ordered a custom cocktail dress for my older daughter from China on September 19th from a different company, and I have already received it. Sun Baby are scammers and should be shut down.

Listen to the negative reviews
I just received a costume I ordered in September. I paid $24.99 for express shipping to receive within 4-7 business days. It finally arrived 23 days later. All customer service responses are unhelpful and will not provide means to rectify their issue. I haven't opened the package yet to see if it's correct or good quality but I plan to return it ASAP, as it did not arrive in time for when it was needed.
Update after response: the package was not delivered on 10/14 as stated. 9/24 to 10/16 is 23 days. Regardless, it’s much more than promised. Additionally, a refund of express shipping was NEVER offered but requested several times. They only offered a 30% refund if I kept the item, which I accepted bc I do not trust the company will refund the whole item if returned. Even with that, they lied and have only provided a 20% refund. Bottom line, this company is not trustworthy.

This store is awful. 3 weeks after I ordered, they still hadn’t even initiated shipping of my product. I reached out to them with no reply. I had to open a PayPal dispute. They shipped the item once they got notification of the PayPal dispute. I received the item 4 weeks after my original order… Which is exactly how long their window for a refund is open. So I could not even return the item. PayPal closed my dispute because the item was delivered (regardless that it was 30 days late). When the item was delivered, the sizing was so wrong so the product is unusable. I wasted $76. do not order from here.

DO NOT ORDER from Sunbaby.com. First, they sent me the wrong size - I ordered the correct US size 8 and was sent a Chinese size 150 which is a US size 12. When I emailed them about it, they did not accept the error on their part, nor did they provide me with a return shipping label when I asked for it and told me I had to pay for the shipping charges myself because it was "my fault." Then they gave me the return address which I looked up on google maps and its a person's house! This is not a legit business, IMO. Lastly, even after mailing back the product and providing them the tracking number they never responded to my multiple inquiries about my refund nor did they provide my refund. So I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charges.

If you’re looking for an identical costume to Rumi’s don’t order from them. It seems the first few costumes they made for customers look like picture hence the good reviews but the costumes they’re recently sending out do not look like the ones in reviews or business pictures. The criss cross is supposed to be same glitter fabric as the black jacket but they instead use cheap black velvet like material, they also don’t use that glitter fabric on the sides of the shorts like they advertise too. The Velcro on the jacket is also misplaced, they also did not line the end of the sleeve with the gold sequins so it looks unfinished. Along with that if you noticed in earlier reviews on their website, customers posted pictures/videos of their white top and shorts being holographic but they have changed the fabric to just plain white fabric. The Chains also did not come on jacket instead it was all jumbled and thrown in a bag together for you to figure it out. When reaching out for refund they wanted me to pay for shipping which is $50 to send it back when it was their fault!! Then they instead offered only 15% refund back which is ridiculous. When I tried responding to email I got hit with an email back saying “Your message wasn't delivered to them because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.” Which makes no sense because it was the SAME Email thread we had been communicating!!
An $80 costume should have been made better than what we received. I tried to get a refund through PayPal however the seller is trying to force me to send it back so I will be continuing by going to my bank and doing a chargeback!
The worst ever. They should be shut down
The worst, I ordered a Halloween costume and the sizing was very off for my daughter. I went to submit a return because we couldn’t wait 15 days for the exchange to be delivered and they wouldn’t answer 4 of my return emails. They finally answered after the 5th to ask me more questions (that didn’t pertain to my return request). After I asked again how to make a return and to please send me a return label, they offered me a 10 dollar “gift card” to be used at their store and for me to pay for my own shipping but didn’t give me the address (nor do I want the gift card). I responded back with a no thank you and to please let me know next steps and now I get a “mailer demon” response (aka they blocked me or their email no longer works.

Paid for express shipping and it's been 9 days with no update. Tracking url doesn't work. This is ridiculous. If I don't receive the product before halloween I will issue a chargeback.
Received wrong costume- support will not help!
I ordered two of the exact same costume in a size 10 and a size 8. I received the correct costume in size 10 but the second costume I received was the wrong costume. I emailed support trying to either exchange or return for a refund but have not received a response. Shipping took over a month. Hope they will respond to me to make it right, if they do, I will update my review. But until then, I have to give 1 star and do NOT recommend! Lost $49.99 + tax since I did not receive the correct costume that I ordered.

I ordered my daughters Halloween costume on August 27th to ensure it arrived before Halloween. The tracking is terrible; the URL does not work. Then the delivery company keeps stating that "The recipient is unable to be reached" when I have been present at the delivery address every time, they "attempted" delivery. I emailed Sun Baby for assistance, and they asked me to contact the logistics company but did not provide any contact information. I had to find the info on my own and they are also unresponsive. I asked Sun Baby for a refund and now they have not responded. This is unacceptable. I spent $90 for a costume that I will never receive. I wish I never purchased from this website.

Relieved and delighted
While the shopping experience was not what you'd normally get from larger stores. They offered a product that looked great, price was a bit on the expensive side but happy to pay that if it came as advertises.
I am UK based and the product was coming from China. I got my confirmation emails and tracking almost immediately. It sat in limbo for around two weeks and then on week 3, the tracking started to update and the product took just under a week to come, get through customs and be delivered.
We ordered a Rumi - K-Pop Demon hunters costume. My review of the product would be the fit was as described, the costume is incredible, lots of attention to detail (if i had to grumble, the material quality and final stitching details are a bit rough, but i'm generally very happy with the product itself) The wig is a bit poor but overall, a very happy shopper and i'm glad I didn't cancel my order while it was stuck in limbo after reading these reviews.

Do not order from them. They are scammers. They sent me a verification email that my item was shipped August 31st. They claim that they are fast and items are delivered in 7- 12 business days. My item hasn’t been delivered and it’s been over 3 weeks. I sent them an email asking about it and they stated that since the item has been so popular, my item didn’t actually ship but will be shipped soon and will arrive in 5-10 business days. Since they admitted that my item hadn’t yet shipped, I asked for a complete refund. I am awaiting their reply. I have also opened a dispute with PayPal.

If ZERO stars was an option, I would select ZERO! I am horrified that I spent over $200 on two costumes the first of August, paid extra for expedited shipping and STILL HAVE NO PKG! I have written customer service several times and they said it would ship mid August, but has not moved. TERRIBLE company and my 8 YO child is beside herself as she helped pick this out! She asks EVERY day-- has SUN BABY shipped yet-- No baby girl, they haven't.
