So Far, So Good

I'm a new customer to Sun Coast. I started out with the Total Package Serum and recently began the Hydrate and Restore face wash. It's a little too soon to notice tangible results, but I can say that both products are easy to apply, smell great and absorb into the skin quickly. There have been no adverse reactions. Orders ship quickly and their Customer Service is great. I also had a 25-minute Protocol session with a representative of the company. I realize Sun Coast does this to push additional product, but the session was informative about general skin health and I didn't feel at all pressured to buy more.

BUYER BEWARE

Only one star because I had to otherwise it would’ve been a zero. I hated the marketing strategy when you went to close at your order. A new product popped up at an amazing discounted price and you were asked if you wanted to add it to your purchase. This happened numerous times before I could finally close out my purchase. Not one thing that they sent me has worked as stated. Not one. I would return them, but I am passed the return date.

So here are my two cents, and I do take change, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Save your money do your research using trust pilot and the BBB.
I certainly hope that this helps the next person save a heap of money.

I bought the product Derma Bright MD.
I accidentally bought double the amount of bottles for a high $ amount. I am now onto my 3rd bottle and have found no difference to my skin tone, what so ever. I have tried contacting Sun Coast Sciences but no response. Guaranteed refund they say, if no results. Well these are liars from a company all about the upselling and not about the consumer. So if your thinking about buying a product from them, think twice. It's expensive, with no results and no refund as per the guarantee they claim. Save your money and go elsewhere!!

Manage your expectations

I bought quite a bit of product as they keep offering special deals as you checked out. From USD to AUD made it very expensive. Going by the before and afters I thought if I at least got 1/2 the result I would be happy. No improvement after 6 months at all. Yes they were helpful and friendly but it doesn't change the fact that the products made no difference and I still used all my other skincare over what I got from them as my skin got super dry. I asked them first and they said that was fine. So what are they selling, nothing special and when I asked for a refund they tried to get me to keep the product and offered 25% refund. That's sounds good as shipping is expensive but they refunded me in AUD when I purchased in USD so at 0.63 on the US dollar I got ripped off on the refund. Cut it short DON'T BOTHER!

Great customer service

I purchased the skin serum and had an issue with the quantity purchased. They got back to me right away and took care of the problem.
I have been pleased with the product and I do think my smile lines at the corners of my mouth are less noticeable.

NO Results on skin products after several months

Bought and used several skin products for several months with No results. the dark spot remover actually intensified the spot! It's a rip off-the doctor appears very sincere, but nothing works!!

Skin salt and auto renew? Not me

I purchased 3 containers of skin salt, I thought it would as my skin is dry and flaky, I took it every day and my skin is still flakey but I didn't try to get a refund. Over a month passed a finished the last container and all of a sudden, today they tried to charge my bank, I did not sign up for a subscription and I haven't gotten anymore product so why are they charging me? I haven't got a response as yet.

SunCoast SCAM/SPAM Company

SunCoast is nothing more than a SCAM/SPAM company. I ordered 1 month supply of the DHT hair growth product. Which took diligent "NO" answers on the website. Beyond their repeated attempts to order 3-6 months of the product, that cost $50 per bottle. It took forever to get the ordered product delivered, after the order was accepted. Upon delivery, I took the pill as directed, for 30 days, and found no improvement for the sheding or fallout of my hair. This company is a SCAM! Don't order anthing from them.

Disappointed in the Product &the Return Process

When I purchased the products I decided to order a 12 month supply, due to expected "supply chain shortages" and "small batch production". I received the products and used them faithfully day and night. The cleanser had a slight burning sensation. But in 2 months of product use, I see no discernable difference with my complexion.

In addtion to already having a 12 month supply, I did not realize I was automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription so additional product was being sent.

When I called to request a return I was "firmly" told I am responsible to pay for shipping for unused and used bottles. So I encur a higher penalty for return expense due to the extra product received via subscription.

Customer service was not 5 star, either. No compassion about having tried it and not working for me. I spoke to her in July.

Today, August 12th, I went into the website to print out return authorization and noted she did not arrange for ALL my product to be returned.

BLACK LISTEDI

I complained about receiving products from SCS that I didn't order. I was not on the automatic shipment plan. The unordered products were a variety of items I would never have ordered. I was getting charged thru my credit card that was on file with SCS. I discontinued that card but SCS continued to ship to me with the expired CC. I called my bank and asked their Security Division to look into how SCS could continue to charge my account. They called SCS directly and suddenly the shipments stopped and a credit of more than $500 showed up in my account . Meanwhile that amount was only a portion of what was charged. I contacted SCS directly and was directed to at least 5 people who worked for their "Happiness Team." All of them told me how to return the products and get a full refund. That was 45 days ago. I returned 27 unopened, untouched products. I paid the shipping. Still no refund. Today I learned I am BLACK LISTED by SCS and banned from ordering from them ever again. DO NOT ORDER DIRECTLY FROM SCS. I think they prey on older women who want to look younger and be thin. Who doesn't? Black Listed!!! Because I called their bluff and complained to be able to stop them from continuing to charge my bank card. So much for free returns for 365 days.

Purchased many bottles of Derma Bright…

Purchased many bottles of Derma Bright for dark spots. I have completed 2 bottles and absolutely no difference after applying twice a day for almost 2 months. Expensive lesson that did not work as the purchase is made in U.S. dollars and I live in Canada.

If only I'd read the reviews on Trust…

If only I'd read the reviews on Trust Pilot before getting drawn in to their sales pitch. I'd like to know how these people sleep at night.
Used their Dark spot diminisher for a month and absolutely no difference. I've emailed someone called Lori who is their Head of Customer Happiness!!!! (That's a joke to start with) requesting a refund so will see what the outcome is.
One more comment. This serum is available on EBy at a fraction of the price I paid. That says it all really.

Had to send back the unopened bottles and the empty that I'd used.
Sent them the tracking details etc and the next day I got a refund notice through from PP. So I'll give them more stars for their customer service.

charged more than the total bill

The customer service representative would NOT verify that they have charged me $124.02 more than the total billed $117.00.
Paypal even tried reaching out to them but nothing- NO reply!
I even sent a screenshot of my credit card transaction details.
