The two piece trouser suit is the cheapest piece of tat and very poorly made. The see through thin creased cotton in unwearable and the sizing is tiny. I’m having big problems getting any more feedback from them, they wanted to send me a different size now they’ve stopped acknowledging me. If I don’t hear tomorrow I’m going to explore legal action as I think this company is not adhering to trading standards. Avoid at all costs!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered the Ashley two piece COTTON/LINEN MIX.
What arrived looked similar to items avertised but they were made from cheap polyester/spandex mix.
This I believe is contrary to Trading Standards.
When contacting them by email response was next day saying that I should return items at my cost!!!

I would not even rate them with one star, I believe them to be dishonest as they do not supply what they advertise.

Do not buy anything from this company. I ordered a dress, having checked their sizing guide. It took 2 weeks to arrive from China. Needless to say the sizing was rubbish and it didn’t fit, also the quality of the material was poor. I asked for a refund. They spun out the process needlessly, I requested a returns label 3 times and each time they avoided providing it, eventually offering a replacement which I turned down. After 3 attempts they finally gave me their address which was in China and told me that I had to pay the postage. When I took the parcel to the post office to discover that the postage was over £20. The order cost just over £40, with no guarantee of a refund I feel that I would be risking the loss of even more money. There was no indication on the website that this company operated out of China until after I had paid for the goods when I got the tracking information. By calling the company Sunday Affairs they are obviously appealing to a UK customer base, without the appropriate level of customer support that you would expect from a uk company. A Very disappointing and costly mistake.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing! I thought I had ordered a 2 piece trouser and top combination in dark grey linen/cotton blend. I was so disappointed on opening the parcel to find light grey, very poor quality cheap cotton. £39.99 plus postage down the drain. Having read of the difficulties experienced by others trying to return items, I have decided the garments will be consigned to wearing only for gardening or painting since they look just like work overalls anyhow.

Do not buy from these scammers. Sent item different to shown in photo. When returned, at my expense, to China they claimed they didn't receive and so have kept £167 and the dress.

Dresses were beautiful and great quality but unfortunately slightly different detail from the ones in the picture. But this was immediately rectified. Customer service has been excellent and they have kept me fully informed of my order progress. Will definitely be buying from this company again.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE!! Terrible service, awful product. Not supplying goods anything like their on line site photos. They have no regard for trading laws!! Like everyone else, I purchased a dress which was shown on the model as a full from under the bust. It is actually straight and at least 2 sizes smaller than size promised. I did check sizing before ordering! I applied for a refund but was advised I'd have to return it tracked to China, despite the cost of delivery being £3.95 from Ipswich! Their other bright idea was to give me a 25% refund and for me to give the dress to a family member or a friend. Trading standards should stop them trading!!

After being disappointed
With the quality of the finish I informed Sunday -affairs who replied quickly asking for a photo and then informed me a replacement was to be dispatched to keep the original and no postage to pay .....excellent service well done

The dress I ordered came up very small but the firm did send me a replacement in a larger size. The replacement is a different colour and of much poorer quality. I now wish to return both dresses and was aware I had to pay the return postage but have just found out the return address is in China, which will be very costly with no guarantee it will be delivered. I therefore won't be returning and have paid £40 for a dress I cannot wear. It's going straight in the charity bag!

If there was a 0 star option I’d use it. Long wait time to receive a parcel from Ipswich containing 2 cotton jumpers in size 3xl according to the outer packing, but nothing inside. The jumpers might fit a 12 year old child, nowhere near the oversize I was hoping for… could barely get my head through the neck hole, only to find the length to be so short it doesn’t cover my breasts properly. Awful quality too, not a thick knit, very open. I have requested a refund (I did check this site before buying but I see there are new reviews now). I’ll see how I get on and, as other customers, will report if needed.
Please don’t trust the quality.
Update. I heard back from the company who told me to send my package back to China at my own expense (with tracking) despite it clearly arriving to me from Ipswich. I requested a return to Ipswich and said I felt they were in breach of trading standards as the photograph was not like the garment and I provided comparative measurements for them. They offered me to select something else from their site (like I trust them now?) FOC and keep the jumpers….
I have tried claiming through PayPal but the site keeps quitting me out.

I ordered my dress on the 27th dec on the website it says 5- 7 working days im now 20 days and no sign of my order there tracking info is hopeless it dosnt make sense , i want a refund with no success

Don’t be fooled by the photos of the items on their website they are nothing like the quality of the goods I brought a jumper £40 it was so awful I put it in the charity box what a wast of money it was abysmal

I purchased a jumper on 14 January. It arrived a week later. The quality is absolute rubbish. Nothing like the photo on website. No labels inside stating content or care or size which is the norm. When I asked to return product they said i would have to send it back to China and would cost me a lot of money. The parcel was originally sent from Ipswich UK at a cost of £3.95. But there was no post code . I think this is a scam company as the address in China is an engineering company. They are sending customers worthless goods and will ultimately hold onto your money. it is a moneymaking racket for Sunday-Affairs! I will be taking this further and reporting it to trading standards and also credit card company unless I receive a refund.
I notice they haven't relied to any of the negative reviews.

I ordered a jumper which appeared to be reduced from £70 to £34. There was a photo of someone wearing it. It looked good and I thought I was getting a bargain whereas in reality it isn’t even worth the ‘reduced’ price. When it arrived it STANK (of being shipped en masse from China?). Also it wasn’t like the photos - different neck length and very open knit (need to wear something under it). It isn’t as good quality as a jumper I bought more cheaply in a French market last year. I sent an email describing the issues and they said they were surprised as they had so many customers who were very pleased with it. Well they are easily pleased… No comment about the fact it is different to what is shown on their website but they said they are happy to help me return it - at my own expense - TO CHINA!!!! Well clearly it’s not worth me doing that. I feel stupid for trusting a company I’d never heard of and I wish I’d read all the extremely poor reviews online first. I do not recommend buying from this company. They clearly sell cheap products from China, making them out to be better quality than they are. I dread to think how dangerous the electrical products might be. Buy at your own risk.

Extremely poor quality ‘cotton’ jumper. It’s like a well used rag. Long delivery time from point of order. Far too long to respond to emails to return item. No delivery note enclosed. Cannot find address to return item for refund. Time sensitive to do within 14 days. Poorly run company. Poor customer experience.

I ordered three things from the website, some curling tongs, a dress and a pair of boots. After waiting at least three weeks for the goods, the hair curlers turned up in a broken box, missing power pack and clearly had been used. The second parcel came with the boots, the quality was awful, all crushed, cheap and nasty is the only way i can describe them, I contacted them as I still hadn't received the dress, and as yet it still hasn't arrived, only to be told that they were included in the one package. I have now lodged a complaint with my credit card company. I definitely would not order from here again or recommend.

sent me a pair of cargos that had a stain on and took weeks to arrive. i asked for a refund and was instead sent a replacement pair without being consulted, meaning they were sent to my old address as i had moved in the time they took to arrive. i explained to them that i a) never asked for a replacement pair and didn’t want a new pair and b) that i was no longer living at the address they had posted these to. i was basically told to deal with it and arrange to get the cargos back from my old address, and to then return them. i agreed to do so, even though this was their mistake and it involved me spending my own money on getting these posted from my old address in cambridge to my new address in sheffield. once i finally got them back they ignored my email asking for the returns address so i am still awaiting a refund for these. bear in mind i ordered these in september and it is now january!

the original issue of the stained pair of cargos did not annoy me but the experience i’ve had since then with being ignored several times is what has really pissed me off.

The dress I bought is stunning, the fit perfect and most of all it is made from PURE COTTON.
The customer services are great and
I will certainly buy from them again.
