Fabulous service and great sunglasses at a reasonable price
I was very happy to find some reasonably priced polaroid sunglasses on line, and while these were out of stock at the time, I was surprised at how quickly they arrived. Fit is perfect, and customer service was outstanding. I'd certainly buy sunglasses from this company again, and can highly recommend them to others.

The sunglasses package never reached me
Hi,
I Ordered the sunglasses from sunglassesshop.dk aroung 9th July, and the order never reached me.
I contacted the chat assistance but they adviced to wait for a few more days. Its 30th July now and the order is not yet arrived.

The reason why we asked you to wait is that we cannot make a claim against Royal Mail until after 28 working days. Tak for anmeldelsen. Beklager, at vi ikke kunne levere hurtigere. Kan ellers se, at pakken blev sendt med UPS, som leverer indenfor 3-5 hverdage. Vi kan desværre ikke gøre det hurtigere, da pakken skal hele vejen fra England til Danmark. Håber, at du trods alt er blevet glad for dine nye solbriller.
