Easy, very efficient experience
I did it online, (so did my husband), it was very easy to do, and set up within minutes. In 6 months I will get a gift card which is nice. I feel reassured should anything happen to us now. Two days later I have received all of my documentation.
When I tried to log into their hub I had problems, so emailed them, it took three emails and is now sorted. But I was surprised how efficient they were, they replied every day and didn’t give up on me. I do need to add it was a tweak that I needed to do, but they persevered and sorted it. Well done Sunlife on customer service
