I have bought sunlu PLA,PLA HS, &PETG from Amazon, and from their website. The filament never disappoints. The color options and print quality are top notch. It is my go to for for all my 3d print filaments.
No tangles, prints smooth.

Ordered 10kg over their Black Friday sale, got a great price and it showed up quickly. Always bought Sunlu from Amazon, love their filament, and this is the first time ordering directly from Sunlu.com. I am very pleased!

I could not order anything. It just said that "The products in your cart are not available for delivery to your location", however it is not clear if there is not shipment to my location at all (Ireland), or the quantity is not enough. This "error" message is not helpful at all.

I have order over a hundred rolls of this filament and it is always on time if not early and very consistent quality.

So, to begin with I ordered a sunlu AMS heater for my Bambu Labs AMS system. This seemed like a great idea and product. But, who knows. I'm probably never going to receive it. Why? Because they use the shop app, which is buggy, full of spyware and actually doesn't do what it needs to. Mainly, track the order. You have NO way to track your order unless you use this shop app. It does ask you to log in. No issue. But, then it wants your email, and it wants you to log into your email through the shop app. This, to me, is phishing in the most obvious way.
So, sunlu needs to do better. Provide a way to track the package without having to give out secure information.
This isn't the first issue with sunlu though. I've purchased FDM filament and it is, to be perfectly blunt, garbage. Poor spooling to the point where it tangles and you lose at least half the roll, not a very good quality filament and inconsistent diameters make their filament products not worth the money.
And customer service? What customer service? You send an email and never hear from them. They have your money, why bother actually returning an email query?
I'll never purchase form sunlu again as a result of this shady shipping practice.

My ams heater is faulty and moisture is getting all over the electronics and power block. Sunlu wont allow me an exchange or refund even though legally im entitled to it. Will be going through the bank and reverse charging for fraudulent practice by the company.

I have ordered some filaments, but never received them because they wrongly labelled the shipping address. The items were returned, and I never got a response from Sunlu for my emails. Customer support is the worst I have ever experienced.

Sunlu has some of the best PLA+ and PETG out there! I've used hundreds of rolls and the print consistency and quality is spot on, even better than some other big name brands. I have done many bulk orders direct from their website and even when I need a one off color here and there I still buy Sunlu from their amazon or ebay store. You really can't beat their price!

The absolute worse company to deal with. Take over 2 weeks to respond to any emails. And they refuse to take any returns of un open and unused items. Where they websites states that they do! And they legally must. On top of that the PETG filament is the worse I have used, the colour is sooo pale that the red looks like Matt pale pink. I will never be making another purchase from this company.

Quick delivery and good products for a good price. Both the resin and the fdm materials are good.

I ordered a ams filiment dryer in July. And guess what no dryer being sent.
Have emailed sunlu 5 times now with no reply, even been on thier chat, and gee saying they are not there or on a day off .
Looks like I've been scammed by this company
So looks like I'm out $165 now what ????

Sunlu is the worst filament you could ever use. Its better to use a string of yarn than this garbage. Dont waste your money and time. Never buy this trash

I ordered 1 slik copper filament spool just to try it. It never got shipped. I tried to contact sunlu never got a awnser Im disappointed it has been a month now I will never buy again here I will stick to elegoo filaments €9.99 a spool never had any problems with elegoo good customer service.

Pre-ordered the AMS heater. Cancelled my order shortly after and asked for my money back. Two emails to their customer support, with no reply since July (now November).

I've ordered 100s of spools from them. Every one arrived in a timely fashion and without damage.

I have been ordering from Sunlu for over 5 years, I have an online etsy shop that I make and sell Magic: The Gathering Deck Boxes. My entire business depends on quality filament that doesn't have any artifacts. I print on a Bambu Labs X1, P1P, and P1S printers exclusively; these are high-speed machines, and this filament does not disappoint. No errors, no clogs (there are a few, but it's very far and between and almost always because I forgot to do something)

The fact of the matter is, the results are very clean and smooth, and the price has always been very, very reasonable compared to most, if not all, other brands. I always buy the basic Black PLA, but I'm sure their standards of PETG are probably the same.

I would recommend this filament if you need consistent results. This is vital for my business, and that's what works for me. I've bought over 100 8-Roll cases from them, that's at least 800 rolls! And the only problem I ever had was a batch of recycled filament, but they helped me sort it out, and it all ended up working out well in the end.

I’ve been reading some of the reviews on here about their experiences and frankly it sounds like an obituary, I don’t deny that they have had these experiences, I can only speak for myself.

Purchased 3 spools of PETG from them. One arrived damaged and unusable with an AMS system. Asked their customer service for either a refund or replacement of the single spool and they told me to take it up with the courier. I informed them that this is against the Consumer Rights Act of 2015. The customer/consumer is never required to contact a courier on behalf of the supplier. If companies are going to base their customer support teams in countries different from where their products are being sold they should at least be taught what to say so that the company doesn't break the law.

Really bad filament. I bought 3 spools one white, one marble and one wood all pla. The wood filament is unusable it just unwinds itself every time I tried to use it and the print fails. The white and marble both were all stuck together half way down the spool. And tangled on the spool it's self.

I ordered 10 rolls of filament various types and colours. The package arrived dry, but two of the rolls (sealed inside their own bags ) were soaking wet and smelly - presumably got wet in the warehouse.
Also the black/gold filament turned out to be gold / light grey.
I've been trying for weeks to get some sensible answers from Sunlu - they either don't reply at all, or I get a stock response 'filament shades can differ slightly from the website'.
Avoid if you want your colours to be even close to what you think you have ordered, and otherwise be prepared for some serious drying.

They advertise a 40% sale off all filament. Added all items to cart and paid. This evening, they told me that they had to perform a partial refund because I got too much big of a discount. Offered me a $3 coupon as an apology. 😅
