Terrible customer service
Customer service is terrible. Their attitude of the customer set it up wrong is awful. Spent a long time arguing with them that they've made assumptions that just aren't true but they don't care. Anything to wiggle out of warranty claims it seems, even ones that amount to £5 worth of parts!

It is basically a good tent for our pool
It is basically a good tent for our pool, but the plastic compounds aren't very durable. Some of them already broke in the first year of usage and we were forced to buy additional connecting elements.
Time will show, how long the overall tent will last.

The tent was quite easy to set up.
The quality of the tent feels very god.
The air temp is 25c and the water is now 29c.
