Dishonest
"Calculate my savings" does no such thing. Simply harvests your data before trying to manipulate you into booking a consolation without any indication of savings. Dishonest practice. Wouldn't trust this company.

Bizarre that a response to a review complaining about my data being harvested should then be asking me again for my data. I clicked on "calculate my savings" because I was interested to calculate my savings. It did not say "click here to give us all your personal data and we will then contact you to run through a video interview before giving you any idea what your savings might be".
As I said, intentionally misleading advertising designed to harvest consumer data.

Once you complete the form, our solar specialists will design your system, with detailed quote and savings estimates tailored to you and your home. We usually go through this on a video call so we can walk through the quote and answer any questions, but we’re also happy to send it by email instead.

I would really like to commend the whole team at Sunsave for the experience we have had throughout the process.
What started as an unexpected conversation with Nila — at a time when we unfortunately had to pause discussions following the death of my father — developed into a genuinely professional and supportive experience from start to finish.
The support through the contract process was excellent, and Sophie was incredibly helpful throughout the design phase, patiently working back and forth over photographs and layouts to ensure the cable routing and overall installation would be completed with minimal disruption to the house.
The installation itself, carried out by Josh and CJ, was outstanding. Both were accommodating, flexible and hugely helpful, ensuring that the installation was completed not only with minimal fuss, but to a very professional standard throughout. A great asset to Sunsave.
Most importantly, my wife and I genuinely feel that we have achieved everything we hoped for from the system. The installation has integrated extremely well into the house and we are already beginning to see the benefits of the overall setup.

Highly recommend….
I chose to go with sunsave as didn’t have the finances to buy outright, I was a little unsure at first as sounded too good to be true but after a little research and looking into the contract there was nothing to worry about. I must say they have been there to assist from the beginning of my journey and still working with me now. No‑brainer solar install – two months in and still impressed
Two months in and I genuinely couldn’t recommend SunSave enough. I find myself constantly recommending them to friends and family. It almost felt too much of a no‑brainer, and I kept waiting to find the catch… but I couldn’t find one — neither could AI.
The whole process was very easy and well explained from start to finish. We’re on a good import and export tariff, and the combination of export income and savings is more than our average bill, even when compared to our previous estimated usage.
It’s only April and May, so nowhere near peak summer, yet we’re comfortably running the entire house (family of five) on solar during the day while exporting to the grid, and charging the battery cheaply overnight.
For context, we have 13 panels, a 6 kW inverter, and a 12 kWh battery.
The installation itself was incredibly straightforward. We didn’t have to do anything at all — the process was so smooth that I even managed to clean the roof and do a few repairs while the scaffolding was up.
When deciding, it’s important to understand that this isn’t a cash generator, but it absolutely has the potential to zero your energy bills with no large upfront outlay.
I know things will change in winter, but my plan is to double the battery capacity, charge on the cheap overnight rate, and run from the batteries during the day.
Yes, it’s a 20‑year term — but that just means energy will effectively get cheaper over time as the price is fixed. I remember how far £100 went 20 years ago 😄

Great system, excellent customer service!
From the initial discussions to the installation and aftersales support Sunsave have been extremely professional, helpful and responsive. We installed a relatively large system of 19 solar panels, with inverter and a 20kw battery and i have to say it is a game changer. No more silly electricity bills and dependency on the volatile energy market! For most of the year we are completely self sufficient even with charging our EV and potentially with a Heat pump which will run by this system.
